I have tried to shop at the Seattle Brooks Brothers a few times, but never succeeded. Last weekend I went in to buy a specific shirt, and there was no one downstairs to help me. The computer was unattended, a bow tie on the floor, the measuring tape hanging there lonely. It felt haunted. And kind of sad. In spite of this, I asked for help upstairs, and after being told the shirt I wanted didnt exist, I was directed to the website, where I purchased it. Please hire more of the right people. Otherwise, the store may be more useful with locked doors and signs for the URL in your windows.

I went in there, basically unkempt and tattered as I was on the tail end of a terrible cold and I was just wasting time shopping. I was treated just as though I was Mr. Moneybags. Some of the clothing there is very expensive, and should be - but the business class wool pants there are $150 and if you buy two, $100 a pair. Bring a friend and get some style with the classic look that doesnt go out of style. Great place, good service. Im impressed

The clothes are alright, but when I went in there they didnt have my size, so they placed an order for me. Then it arrived with a handwritten note by one of the store employees that they didnt have my size so they took the liberty of ordering me 1/2 neck size smaller, and invited me to come in for an adjustment. I live 6 hours away, so the whole thing has been a hassle. I will just shop online now.

This place is amazing! I get my custom shirts from here. I was measured while I was there and if I want another shirt, they will search through fabrics and order it for me over the phone (I live in Idaho)!

Great potential. Unfortunately, this outlet acutely lacks most of Brooks Brothers more casual lineup, including shirts, belts, shoes, and pants.
