Ive been in this store a few times since it opened and every time the customer service is hit or miss. I had been waiting for this store to open. Since my none business style is Gap chic I thought this would be a great fit for me....Wrong! I guess I have to be in a suit (been here with suits on. Customer service was great them) or white (cant change my skin color). I work in a field where image is everything. I have at least 10 suits that are at least $800. When I go in this store with jeans on Im just another black man who isnt even offered help in banana republic

Its either a hit-or-miss at this particular store. Ive gotten some really good deals here before, but it just depends on what they have in store/season at the time. They very often have ongoing sales off their regularly-priced or even sale/clearance items (there will be a sign outside saying whether they do or not), so I dont find it worth going on the rare occasions when there arent any deals. Prices notwithstanding, youll find this a pretty typical BR store!
