My experience here was so atrocious that its almost funny. I tried to return a hoodie that I bought yesterday from a different GAP store, the tag was still on and I have my receipt. The store clerk and the manager refused to accept the return because of what looked like discoloring/white chalk marks, they said they reserve the right to refuse the item. On their return policy it states clearly that "any unused, unworn, or defective items can be returned at ANY store within 45 days of purchase." It says nothing about the store reserving the right to refuse an item, and when we pointed out this fact to them their response was "well, we didnt write that." I dont even know how to argue with that logic--"we are GAP employees but we dont have to follow GAP policies because we dont like them." Fancy that.

Prices and selection here are fair. They have a sizable GAP pure/body section and a GAP kids section, apart from their norm, too. Its on the very end of Bay Street, which is just a little inconvenient, but doesnt really make for too long of a walk.

Are you kidding me? I called the store to speak with the manager about a fraudulent charge made a few hours ago and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Nice way to run a business, glad I dont shop at your stores!

Baby gap selection is very good, with 40% off, price is almost same as gap outlet but the quality is better. Bought a gift, gap has free gift box and nice paper bag for free.
