So we have been long time customers of sweet xos but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in the food service industry. We had arrived to grab some frozen yogurt at approximately 8:50 knowing that the store closes at 10pm and this Indian gentleman was very rude to my wife, niece and me. He basically kicked us out of the store and told us that they were closed in a very rude way even though he had some of his friends there hanging out. He could have simply said we are closing soon so if you would like to get something please do so. If you had "revised" hours they should be clearly posted and maybe he should take some customer service classes. I am completely disappointed in the way my family was treated tonight.

For some reason I feel like the frozen yogurt here used to be much better. I went in for an afternoon treat the other day and most of what I got was ice. Your little if any flavor. Im glad I put some Oreos on top so at least it tasted like something. Perhaps the trouble is they are getting too scattered with the variety of products there peddling to be able to pay too much attention to anyone. Diversification like this sometimes comes at the expense of quality. The staff is very friendly and its fun to look around but those are not enough to keep me coming back.

This place is fantastic. 18 different flavors of froyo and every topping option you could imagine. They also show you the calories for each type of froyo and have low cal options, which is cool. The store itself also houses a huge array of fun books, dinnerware, and knick knacks. They also have an awesome candy area with all types of homemade candy. Basically if you want any dessert and a fun, hip place to get it, then this is the spot.

You lost another star Sweet xo. I literally had to tell a Dad to stop using his fingers in the dry toppings. His kids were following in suit. They tried using a spoon at first, but apparently it wasnt germy enough. It wasnt just a single offense, but several. Cmon dude. Cmon employees - you were there watching. Get some hand sanitizer too please. Im losing my appetite for self serve again.

Cute place waaaay too much to look at. We went for the frozen popcorn which is yes just that....flavored popcorn stored in the freezer called funny names but yummy enough. If you dont walk around the whole place you will miss some of the bajillion toppings they offer for your frozen yogurt. Will go back for the yogurt for sure

Location has seen better days. Yogurt has really lost its flavor, lots of ice and just does not taste as good as it did. Items in the shop were always overpriced but its a bit ridiculous to spend $50.00 on 1 pair of socks that other shops in Agoura/Westlake for $10.00. Its just not a cool place anymore.

FroYo is amazing. Tons of toppings. Had a FroNut-frozen ice cream doughnut. The donut is baked and cut in half, ice cream added to the inside and the donut is warmed back together--so goood! Fun knickknacks and off the wall clothing too

Lots of trinkets. It is a combination of hang out for teeny boppers and store. Has variety of candies. Yogurt bar and other items. Even a lounge to enjoy.
