Security is a freaking joke. This place is turning into the wild west on Friday/Saturday nights. Guys walking around with their underwear hanging out. Guys making filthy comments about the female customers. Two guys "shadow boxing" in front of the theater almost knocking down two elderly people. Many of these "youths" are walking 4 or 5 across and will not move to forcing you to move and try to stare you down. This almost caused an altercation because I started walking in front of my wife and boys making the "aggressors" move out of the way politely. Parents listen to me. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO TO THIS MALL ALONE! This place is going to have a major problem one day. My guess is sooner rather than later. When talking with security I got the "we remove them or tell them to leave and their mommas come and complain so our hands are tied". I have gone to this mall since I was a little boy. Its a shame what management has done with this mall. No longer do I feel comfortable taking my family here. This coming from a guy that has walked through some rough places in the world.

I give "GoodFellas" a one star for a couple reasons. A couple of "GoodFellas" barbers had a resverstion at bar Louie for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight. Now not all of the people in the party they had off 100 people were barbers, some were family and friends. I give "GoodFellas" a one star because a couple of the people in the party didnt pay their tabs. Some were just disrespectful. And some just felt plain entitled. All Im going to say is if you cant afford to go out and eat you shouldnt. As a barber you get tipped, as a barber you rely on disposable money to make a living. If you cant afford to eat at bar Louie you shouldnt come out to eat at all. If you cant afford to tip stay home. How would you all feel if I brought several people to good fellas to get a haircut and just left and did not pay you. You cost us money !

I live pretty close to McCain Mall and if you asked me this question 10 years ago thought I would tell you to go to the park Plaza Mall in Little Rock instead but they have really stepped up their game and added mini mini famous or just great stores and they have an absolute fantastic theater with I believe 12 screens plus a large RPX screens with full recliner seats and of course great shopping so I would definitely recommend going to McCain Mall now.

I grew up in North little Rock, but have moved and traveled for most of my adult life. This last leg has put me away from my hometown for 4 years, so when I came back for a visit this time, I was very happy to see the many changes and upgrades done total his mall. A new movie theaters, several new shops, and new restaurants litter the mall, making it a very modern and clean place to go to shop, eat and enjoy your time.

This Mall is pretty good to me. It has most of the stores I like and has good prices. Its in a very good location and is convenient and is a good size. Its usually not crowded and is spaced out. I enjoy going there. Also it has a Regal Cinemas theatre in it that opened in 2014. So its upgraded quite a bit. Enjoy if you go there! I AM Excellence

It is usually Filled with friendly workers who have great customer service and at all times you run into the little kiosks that tell you where you are and how to get where you want to go. Also the Great American cookie, the nut hut, and the candy store downstairs next to the arcade Ill drive the kids wild and keep them occupied. They also now future massage chairs upstairs.

McCain Mall and the area around it is the hub of Jacksonville, Cabot, Sherwood and Downtown LR. Not only do you have a huge mall with a great range of stores, good food (Tazikis and Chik-fil-a baby!) and a stellar multi-screen cinema, but you are within 3 minutes of anything else you could want - Best Buy, Chuys, Red Lobster, Barnes and Noble, just to name a few.

Everybody loves the mall. Alittle small with not alot of store selection but enough with the basics. They could use more brand name stores. Some have closed shop & move. Doesnt give you the "oohh & aahh" when you walk inside. Just seems alittle plain. Its basic shopping but they dont have stores like H&M or other bigger retailers but itll do.

Terrible customer service in the big department stores. such a headache waiting for my big appliances to be delivered, have called multiple times and no one wants to help me. Also called the 1-800 number and they are unable to find my purchase altogether (purchase of $1000). Very unhappy with my service, I wouldnt recommend going here

Its OK...I didnt like how the nail shop fumes was so over powering at this athletic store I was shopping. I got a major headache from that. Its no where close to excellence. I mean the towns first name says it all about its malls. They are "little." Now go to the River Walk Mall in San Antonio, Tx. Now thats a Mall

Its a nice, clean convenient shopping mall that has a large variety of stores for everyone in the family and with name brands and decent prices. I love the sales the name brand stores have!! You can really save a ton and get the clothing you want for a fraction of the original price!

Ate dinner with a friend at BJS Brewhouse. We had a great time. The food & service was good & quick. We had the Deep Pan Ziti. Its just the right portion size. We also had the mini trio Pizookie. That was good & fun to share & try different ones.

This is a great mall with lots of awesome stores; there is a good selection as well! It is a fun place to meet up for lunch as well. There is also a movie theater there as well. I would definitely recommend going, especially on a rainy day!

The last 3 times I went to the mall there were people at those kiosks that bug the crap out of you when you walk by wanting to sell you "the next great product" I have since stopped going to the mall and havent been there in over 2 years

This place once was nice, but has gone downhill a lot in the past 10 years. The theater was a nice addition. However, just about everything in this mall is overpriced and I am quite sure it is due to the sky high space rent fees.

The staff at Dillards kids shoe dept. Was way excellent. She took the time to figure out my infants shoe size. I would definetly recommend this dillards to anyone. Staff was very helpful as i searched for elevators. ☺

I gave McCain Mall a three-star because all the good stores are gone that used to be there back in the day its not really nothing for a plus size person or just in a shopping place its more like casual stuff there now
