Its ok. The mall is pretty big, so any newcomer or just someone who isnt familiar with the place is bound to get a bit lost.The mall, for the most part, is clean. A little more peaceful than McCain mall and has a bit more selection. However, its mediocre. And the service in some stores are bad. Some employees got annoyed with Me for just looking around. And the most hilarious part about this place are the restrooms by the food court.The restrooms here are really far from the entrance, you have to cross a hall before you get to the main hall where both of these restrooms are. Once i got in, some random asked me if i wanted to buy weed, 50 a g.... and then asked me to help him take a quick photo for his snap chat. My sister who also went to the restroom, said she saw two lesbians making out, to the point where it got awkward. crazy. The point is, dont bring your children or younger folks here unless you all want to witness teenage absurdity.

Its Arkansas so we dont have the need for all the high high end stores. We just order offline if we need it. I mean what do you expect? Anyway, I love this mall and McCain mall in little rock. The PINK victoria secret store upstairs has the BEST customer service. All the ladies in there are really nice and the manager is very helpful, high spirited, and very friendly. Its organized and very well kept! The manager is rocking that place and knows what shes doing!!! Pink store is my favorite store so having this customer service around where I live is just awesome! Thanks manager lady at pink /victoria secret! Food court is basic not very big but they have the chinese, good burger place, chick fil a, and a few others. Ive never had any issues here.

Its a mall. Check out the stores in their directory online to know if you will enjoy being here. Apart from the stores, the great natural lighting throughout is pleasant. This is not your mamas dingy, carpeted mall from the 80s. It feels new and fresh. It can be troublesome to get around this mall, however, as it is split across three levels. The escalators are very, very often broken in at least one of the directions. The elevator is painfully slow, even more so when others are attempting to use it, and the only stairs are on the very ends of the store.

My visit was short my boyfriend just so happened to be working out of town in the same area our son had a doctors appointment so we were able to have lunch together. Neither of us had ever been to Park Plaza and even though its a huge mall there were plenty of directories and mall employees were quite courteous and helpful in pointing me in the right direction to meet up with my boyfriend. It not only helped save time but made balancing my fussy newborn in his car seat and the not so light diaper bag that much easier on this first time mommy!

Not terrible...but not good either. A decent selection of stores. Seems like one or the other of the escalators is perpetually closed for repairs. The twisty, turny, hall to the basement bathroom is a toilet odor filled labyrinth. The parking deck has had ongoing construction for ages, with large sections that are closed off. I really only go here if I have a specific need, like to go to Sephora, or Dillards for a particular item that I cant get anywhere else. Get in and get out. Kind of scary after dark, especially if you are by yourself.

When you really are just trying to find something, Park Plaza Mall has most everything you could be looking for. My daughter and I recently browsed around looking for a winter coat and our search took us into multiple stores. It was very convenient and we got a lot of friendly help. We finally found what we were looking for and grabbed a little treat from the food court on our way out. Makes me believe malls still have a place in this world. Even if I only occasionally visit them.

Park Plaza Mall is one of the three best malls in the Central Arkansas Area. Yes, you can find Dillards. If you do not like Dillards, come for one of the many other stores. Need a haircut? That is possible. Just hungry? Most of the food is good. If you have a smartphone or tablet, you can get WIFI while you eat. Why not go? I will end on a sad note. Stay alive. At the mall, more than one murder has occurred in over 30 years. Lock your vehicle and be safe.

My granddaughters, both college students (one at Georgetown and one at UAF) were shopping and entered the Hallmark Store. They were not greeted or asked if they could be helped. Instead the sales clerk kept sneaking around them and averted her eyes when she saw them looking at her. Fortunately this is not the only Hallmark in the area. I will not advise my family, friends and acquaintances (of many cultures and races) to buy from this location.

to much walking to get to restroom. got confused about the layout of the mall. if you can find the elevator thats a plus, but you still have to do some walking just to get to it. if you hungry the food places dont open till 10, we got their earlier than that and we had to wait. I saw place that gave massages, I thought that was interesting, because its not just rubbing shoulders. I didnt try it out.

This place has really been renovated nicely in the past few years. It feels really clean and organized. Theres better food options and nice seating. My only complaint is that there just does the seem to be the variety it used to be. 80% of the stores basically cater to women. Fewer kids stores, electronics and interesting stores. But maybe thats all that malls are these days...

Security is atrocious. Some security members were recently let go for smoking weed in the parking lot. People have been killed at this mall, there are robberies. Last night, when locked in I unlocked the door to let myself out of the mall at closing time, security chased me to my car and yelled at me until someone came along and made her stop.

Its an excellent mall with an excellent selection of stores and kiosks. The elevators and escalators are almost never out of service which seems rare lately. My only complaint is the mosquito population. My kids and I were bit several times throughout the mall and even inside the elevator. Ill be back but armed with citronella!

Im from atlanta and got stuck in little rock over the weekend. We have gucci, LV, prada, tiffanys, armani, versace, burberry, christain loubatin, etc... and most high end brands at lenox, phipps, and buckhead atlanta. nordstrom, niemans, barneys, saks. we have luxury malls. This is not a luxury mall. very basic and generic.

Good parking all the way around & Whats even better theres a underground parking garage! Its great when its raining... All the Employees that Ive interacted with were totally professional. T- Mobile is the Best place for a phone & theyll fix their mistakes... Photos will continue soon.

Dillards!! Where do I begin?! 1st the young lady who assisted me, I mean the one that never left my side was very intrusive I had no time to shop. She treated me as if I was going to steal! I was very annoyed and upset at the treatment. Will never shop there again.
