VERY rude employees. When I got to the bike rack I realized I forgot the lock for my bicycle, so rather than ride all the way back downtown to get it and then come back, I thought Id ask an employee if I could bring in my bike just to the cash register, and if an employee could grab a bike lock for me Id meet them at the counter to pay for it, then Id take my bike outside to lock it before doing my grocery shopping. I stood at the door for a long time trying to catch an employees attention. There were tons of them near the door but none would come. A kind stranger tried to get someone for me, but he came back and said that none of them would go to the door. He tried for about 15 minutes & finally convinced one to come to the door. She brought a lock to the door but refused to let me go to the register to pay for it. She actually told me to leave my bike outside. This is Little Rock, one of the highest-crime cities in the country. NO WAY am I leaving my bike outside unlocked! Rather than let me take my bicycle just inside the door to buy the lock, then lock it outside before buying all the groceries I was going to get, the employee foolishly refused (after I FINALLY got their attention after being ignored by a dozen employees), so now another store will be getting my business instead. For just a minute of having my bike inside they couldve kept my continued grocery shopping business, but now I wont be going back there ever. Any other store wouldve seen the logic in keeping my business and would have agreed with no thought otherwise: my regular grocery trips + an extra bike lock sale. Rude and stupid employees at this Target.

My son left his umbrella in the shopping cart yesterday. We realized this morning that it was not in the car. Called the store 5 times before someone would answer the operator line. Then I was transfered to the service desk which was not answered and ended my call. I called two more times after with no answer and an ended call. 5 minutes later call back and they answer asking if I was calling about the umbrella said yes. We didnt have a returned item like that. Ok I said and asked if they had more like it for sale there and was told not they have different kids umbrellas not the same as ours. Ok I said and was about to ask another question and was hung up on by them before I finished. WTF is wrong with people. I called and politely asked if anyone found my umbrella and I get treated like I am harassing workers by calling to find something of mine. Not a good set of CSR people at this store. My wife called 10 minutes later and was hung up on by the service desk as well before she was done talking. HORRIBLE location wont go back wish it would let me give 1/4 star rating

I was in Target on University for my lunch break. As I was making my way to the front, they experienced a blackout. I was like whoa…okay!!! A few seconds later, the lights returned due to their backup generator. Anyway, I proceeded to the front without any hesitation. I was second in the express lane. Well, the lady ahead of me had to leave because she had an appointment. Not even a few seconds of her exiting the door, a manager came apologizing for the mishap and gave everyone coupons ($3 dollars off total order). My purchase was only $7.00, so I saved a whopping $3 because of my patients and their GREAT customer service. I wrote this to say this is why I choose Target over Wal-Mart. Customer service goes a long way…and that is something Wal-Mart fails to remember. No way in the world would they have even apologized, nevertheless give customers coupons. I AM A SATISFIED TARGET CUSTOMER and THEY DESERVE ME MONEY!!! The cashier was awesome as well!

Bought a camera, opened the box, and to my surprise NO CAMERA! I reported it... it may have been the display box that was sold to me. Immediately store apologized and gave me a brand new camera. No problems at all. It was a $700 camera. I was understandably shaken. Target saved the day. They could have refused help or blamed me for scamming them... But believed me as i was telling the truth and solved the matter. ADVICE: Please open your expensive merchandise before or right after purchase... IN FRONT of staff.. . That will avoid any potential HE-SAY / SHE SAY drama. That did not occur with my case BUT i will always listen to my intuition and do that no matter how embarrassing. I knew the box felt light when i bought it.... didnt know any better. NOW I DO! Thanks, Target!

I have never seen a target store as destroyed as the one I visited this evening. All the clothing was just thrown around, laying on the floor. I did not even try looking for what I went in for, because it was just ridiculous. The shoe department... my goodness, you couldnt find a matching shoe to save your life. It was very disappointing. And not to mention, not one sales person was even around to help. All the ones I saw just looked me up and down and continued to gossip with each other. Next time I will travel the extra miles just to go to the other Target. I will not return to the Target on university.

Rude AF. Had a snooty cashier yesterday. I asked if she was on register 8 and she barely said yea and acted as if she didnt want to check me out. She didnt greet me, just scanned my one item and didnt tell me the total so thats when I got mad. I just laid my money down and was annoyed at the moment I forgot my item was on sale so I paid full price. I proceeded to talk with the store mgr which acted like he didnt care by saying," Ill talk to her about that." Then I got my refund for paying over for my item and left still not satisfied. Will not be returning....

I love Target. You can usually find everything you need in one stop shop. Nice selection to choose from and browse around. This location is a supercenter with convenient grocery items as well. Theres a Starbucks in the store which is a plus for me along with their own deli. Nice spot for convenient shopping. Lots of parking, great service so far.

Seriously the nastiest and DIRTIEST target Ive ever been to in my life.. and I LOVEEE TARGET! It looked like a natural disaster ran though the store. Clothes were scattered across the floor, nothing organized on racks, sizes incorrectly on every hanger, and looked like they handt restocked majority of their items. I was appalled!

I would give this location 5 stars if they cleaned their restrooms and straightened up the shoe section. Ive been more than once and each time the restroom looks as if it had not been cleaned in days. Tissue on the floor and no tissue at all in some stalls. If you can hold it, wait until you get home!

No associate was available to pull an in stock baby crib from the back of the store at 8:45pm. The employee that pulled the items left @ 7pm. I called to confirm availability a couple hours before I went to pick it up. The sale ended the next day. I live 120 miles from Target. It was a wasted trip.
