Cant get a good deal on tires, they dont honor the online advertised price and try to make you think you are getting a good deal by giving you a fourth tire free when you buy three, and get an alignment, plus they want to charge you for a wheel balance, who installs a tire and then charges to balance it, and they still want to charge you an environmental fee and disposal fee if you keep the tires, this place used to be great, now its a bunch of scams and lies, save yourself the trouble and stay away.

I bought a may tag bravos. Ive had it for 2 months and have not been able to do a single load of laundry. 4 technician trips out ( the first one immediately after purchase) all said to return it which Sears wouldnt do because it was bought at s university which is now out of business. Ive been told by many people to stop shopping at Sears and I am going to listen now. Technicians are extremely nice but Sears the business has no customer support and I really feel like Ive been screwed.

The staff seemed annoyed by my very existence. They were reluctant to answer my questions and outright lied to me when they did answer them. I got the impression that they just wanted me out of their store so they could go back to doing nothing.

Horrible service ... Bought something and after one day it broke and they would not exchange it or take it back. Rip off ... And thats why they should be accountable.
