Its a beautiful store. Not many customers and after spending a few minutes there, I understood why. No one is at all interested in offering any FORM of customer service. We did however find a pair of shoes for my mother. As we were waiting in line behind a very nice woman.... we were just looking at the jewelry around the checkout area. In no way acting impatient or crowding the customer in front of us. When she said that she was hurrying (she had several things to take care of) we assured her we were in no hurry. The employee looks at us and says.... "Yeah... cause it WILL NOT make me move any faster!" We just left that register and went to another... they werent any friendlier. It seemed we were interrupting their gossip session. The store is entirely too expensive to be so rude. But then again...maybe thats what they think the wealthier customers prefer. If it is... they can have it.

They dont seem too interested in customer service. I had pre-ordered something from cosmetics and needed to cancel the order due to some unforeseen circumstances. The guy at the counter told me he couldnt do it so I asked for someone that could. When he put the phone down to " find a manger", I heard them laughing and joking and the manager told me that it couldnt be cancelled either and "sorry". Im sorry too, I will pick up my order, but will not pre-order or shop at this store again for that matter. I hate poor customer service.

The Merchandise is not as plentiful as when this Belks opened..... I am disturbed by the lack of Customer Service and the wait time inline Service reminds me of Pennys! At a much higher price of course. If I go in to buy a Popular Brand Named Dress, they no longer carry it! They are more focused on Jewelry, Labeled Bags/Purses, Childrens Clothing, Appliances, Fragrances and Makeup and stepped down Lingerie and Shoes. Until the Buyers start choosing better made Clothing, I refuse to spend more money on lesser made.

I went there yesterday and selected to buy a polo shirt (L) and when checked it price on price machine, It says. Now on sale $0.01 When I took it check out the Rep and Manager did not sale it for $0.01. Whereas they suppose to sales it because it was still on sales stands and also price machine displayed message ...Now on sale... I am really disappointed by the customer service of Belk located on Cantrell Little rock arkansas.

I dont understand why people are so upset about customer service. every time I go to this Belk there are always people there ready to help. The deals here are amazing compared to other department stores. Also the mens section is one of the best in any department store Ive been to. I mostly go during the weekday after work so that might be why the customer service is a lot better than what people were saying.

Sandi was rude and raised her voice to challenge me to find the manager myself. Found John Reeves who assured me that he would handle the problem. But he instead spoke to Sandi and assured her she was fine and I was the problem and then confronted me and referred to my daughter as a liar. Then he became loud and degradingly suggested that I have a nice day. This place is crazy. Done with BELK.

I am very disappointed!!!!!! My fiancé and I went to this Belk to get a suit for an event. The man working there made my fiancé feel very uncomfortable!!!!! He kept telling my fiancé, "you dont want those suits, here look at these". Then walked him to the cheapest suits several times. I dont know if this is store policy or not but they should be very ashamed of themselves.

If you like hide-and-seek, this is the place. Good luck finding someone to check out your merchandise. After finding someone, searched forever, the customer service was atrocious. Wont be back. Dont fall for the credit card gimmick, youll regret it!

Went for a new shirt and slacks and couldnt remember my measurements. Lovell was available to help and knew my size without the need to use the tape. he was a great help and I will definitely be back
