Accused of stealing. Me and a friend went in here, had never been in and Im a sucker for unique stores and food items. Ended up buying a bottle of some soda and taffy. I was charged an extra 25 cents for apparently "stealing" Airheads. They were pretty adamant about the accusation. I actually thought the 25 cents was tax, but when I went in the next day and bought the same thing, it was 25 cents less. At that point I was pretty upset because despite telling them nothing was stolen for a second time, I didnt even know what airheads were. I might be getting just a bit too offended, but never accuse your customers of stealing when your only evidence is some inaccurate accusation. Sure its only 25 cents, but Im the type of person thats OCD when it comes to being the perfect citizen (It still bothers me, yet its been over a year). Still waiting on that apology.

Cute little place, just wish it wasnt so far away from where I live! (other side of town, and in traffic it can be a good 30-40 minute drive) Staff is always really friendly and service is quick. Prices are good, not great. The turkey pesto sandwich alone is worth the trek for me, its amazing! But my absolute favorite thing to get here is the butterfly shaped cookie right next to the register. Something about it just keeps me craving it constantly. Nice selection of candies and bakery items. Honestly though, im not a fan of their chocolate. It has an odd taste to it, and ive tried several items. The cookies, muffins, scones and bagels are all very good....fresh, soft, tasty. I havent tried the coffees yet, but the smoothies are incredible and the raspberry fizz is really good too.

Had a good experience, went twice. Has a nice independent feel and offers a good selection of candys(obviously chocolates), sandwiches, salads, and coffees. The bay windows and the spacious outside patio work well in a place like Tucson. Service was friendly without sounding coached and the inside appeared clean and organized both times I stopped by. Only draw back was that I couldnt find any chocolate iguanas.

I always advertised your scones as the best in town, the only moist tasty ones I knew. I was away for 4 months and today came back to dry scones... Could it be a bad batch? Did you change baker? My comment is just an attempt to get your scones as good as they used to be, 5 star, different from all others I ever tasted anywhere in the world. Get them back, please!

I went in because I wanted to cool down and mission accomplished, I paid $4 for a 8 ounce cup of ICE that was covered with whip cream. When deciding what I wanted to order, the lady behind the counter was on her phone the entire time, not to mention the atmosphere around me was excruciantingly loud and obnoxious.

This is the best coffee on 4th ave. Im a regular customer because Im addicted to the way they make my favorite drink, it always tastes the best when I order it from here :) Definitely try the cappuccino chip scone too--> you will NOT be disappointed! Love the fact that its family owned and operated too!

I cant say enough about this coffee/candy house! Every single time I walk through those doors, I am greated with polite staff and served perfect coffee. The owner is very nice, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I would drop my money here anytime, because their service and food is worth it!

What a gem! I love the handmade cards!! The chocolate iguana drink in divine! A great treat. Have fun picking out a nostalgic candy from the good old days. They have it all. Go on a Saturday night and a cute band plays in the courtyard. High class all the way. Ill be back for date night!!

The owner was very disrespectful to my family! First she refused to let us use her bathroom while we were eating(after she let the white family go), then she accused my daughter of stealing. I USE to love going here but they will never receive my business or my families business again!!

I work near by and often go in the afternoon for a pick me up cup of coffee and am always treated great! Coffee is yummy and sandwiches are good too! Plus its so cute! Good job guys thank you

I ordered from grubhub. Food came early, sandwich was warm and tasted fresh, cookie was bigger than I expected and perfectly soft and the mocha shake was delicious.

Go in and youre treated as family. Candies you havent had since childhood. Excellent coffee. Generally relaxed environment to do some work or read. Love it.
