So Im 99% certain that all the reviews Ive read were made by friends and family. We went into this shop a few weeks ago after reading the excellent reviews. As my husband and I entered the two workers were sitting at a table and texting. There was still well over two hours before they closed and I honestly didnt even realize they were workers until one got up and begrudgingly walked behind the counter. As I perused the menu I realized there were a few varying options and I wound up ordering an option that allowed you to choose two ice creams and toppings. I ordered birthday cake and oreo. The birthday cake was so freezer burnt it burnt my tongue, the oreo was out so I ordered chocolate--also freezer burnt. I asked for caramel. They were out. Ordered chocolate syrup and they went into the back and literally just pulled out a bottle of hersheys syrup that you can buy at any given grocery store in town. My husband ordered two different ice creams too, (I think one was tropical like a mango and the other was one in Spanish I wasnt familiar with) both of those were also freezer burnt and they just shrugged when he asked for chocolate syrup--apparently they had used up the last of the syrup with my order. Again, they had more than an hour before closing. After we were served the cashier who helped us went right back to sitting with her co worker and texting. We left very unsatisfied. Not worth the price at all, we ended up tossing ours after a few bites. Youd be better off at dairy queen :/

Found this gem on the NW side and my taste buds are alive! The flavors are intense - try the corn, Hibuscus, Mazipan and my favorite - Chocolate. Brought a cup of Chocolate home to my husband and he couldnt believe how rich the flavor was. Give it a shot - you wont be disappointed!

THIS PLACE BLEW ME AWAY!!! The ice cream was so full of flavor and the texture of the ice cream was an experience like no other. Would highly recommend this place YUM!!!!

This ice cream was okay, interesting flavors, not very creamy, until me and my friend who went here both got food poisoning from it. Definitely wont be coming back.

Service was ok. Ice cream was flavorful. Selection was ok. It looks sparse inside and when we were there, smelled of cleaner, which was a deterrent.

Best ice cream in Tucson. Double scoop of milk strawberry ice cream and coconut is deadly. If your on your way to Costco this is a must stop.
