I ordered a burger and I took a bite and something wasnt right about it so I opened it up and there was a hair in my burger. I told them about it and they gave me another one and same thing happened with this burger. I told them about it again and they made it seem like it was my fault there was a hair in my burger. Wear some hair nets why dont you. I refused to get any type of food from this place ever again. If theres hair in the food who knows what else could be going on that customers dont know about? Be cautioned when ordering food from this place. I am suspect ordering any food from any fast food places. Managers not managing. Food inspectors should visit these places more often but if given a heads up they mask the problems. Horrible place.

Took my kids here for happy hour. Asked for a sprite W/ Green apple flavor no ICE! girl at the drive thru was like " what do you mean no ice"? I responded with a regular sprite with green apple flavor no ICE. She said well its a slushie, I said I d9nt want a slush, I want a normal drink. She still didnt get it, we got up to the window the manger on duty needed us to clarify what we ordered. I responded with "really, you work at a fast food restaurant and you dont know what Im talking about"? I would rather drive to the SONUC on Valley, because they get our order correct all the time!

Update: if you want breakfast in the morning, still be prepared to have to wait, and also have a limited selection because some of the breakfast option are "frozen" because they did not prepare for them to be served in advance. The food is good and the shakes are even better. If you want breakfast in the afternoon please be ready to wait a longtime. If you have a special way that you want food prepared make sure they understand because they messed up my food twice and still didnt seem to care. Outside of that my experience there was as expected.

I like sonic their food is good but the service can be alittle off at times (student workers pssh lol) On the weekends alot of teenagers like myself like to hang out there and have fun while eating although the "wannabe cool kids" can be annoying with their music in their cars full blast until the ground is literally vibrating lol but I like sonic!

Honestly the only thing I can get here is a Root 44 Powerade slushy. Everything else makes my stomach upset or have to go to the bathroom. Its not the foods fault, just how I dont do fast food as part of my diet. So thats the only thing I can rate. And this slushy is the best haha.

Hate all of them. I can never get my childs Wacky Pack right. Have to check before leaving or usually will end up disappointed. They dont fill your drink up with extra ice anymore either. I wish my child would get fed up with messing up his order. Still makes me take him.

Talk about lousy service! You can press the button to order, move to a different spot and still they pick and choose who they want to take orders from...........even when the three orders they take before you arrived after you, and pressed for service after you!

I couldnt hear the girl over the intercom, and she couldnt hear me, so I ended up getting something completely different than I ordered. Maybe it was just the spot I parked, but from what I can tell they need to upgrade their intercom system

Slow service. I moved to 3 stalls thinking they didnt work, and it was just me not getting service. Poor service. Also called the number to let them know stalls were not working and guess what no answer.
