I have had the worst experience today getting ice cream in this store. The girl that was making my ice cream was rude because she wasnt listening when I wanted an extra topping, she hands it to the cashier and the cashier reminds her that I wanted an extra topping. So she throws this attitude like a 12 year old spoiled brat and impolitely asks "What other topping" and throws on 3 pieces of my topping....3 pieces for 69 cents? Id be getting a better deal at a dollar store. I mean, she doesnt even mix the damn toppings in either, oh no, she places them 1 by 1 on top of the damn thing trying to taunt me? Do you guys honestly think your boss pays you 100%?? No! youre damn customers do, they pay your check! Your boss just files it, gets in printed out and hands it to you like a mailman handing over a damn Hustler magazine! Also, why dont your employees where name tags in the first place?? I had to go back in and get her name by asking a guy. The rude girls name is Rachel by the way guys! Do not have her make your ice cream! In fact, just buy the ice cream from Walmart! Im not going to come back anymore, if Rachel is still working!

I wish that I could give this Cold Stone review zero stars. I had never been to a Cold Stone before, but everyone EVER had told me how great and wonderful their ice cream was despite their pretty outrageous prices. That being said, I was willing to pay 5 dollars for the best shake of my life. But I did not get a shake. The lady brought out my buddy and Is drinks and did not look us in the eye. She looked away and mumbled something about how she made too much. looking at the two cups, one was practically overflowing while the other was half-full. I took this to mean that my buddy got one and a half chocolate shakes, and I was still waiting for mine. But they (all three employees) went to the back and didnt come back out. I tasted my friends half filled drink and it was Oreo (what I ordered). It also didnt taste like a milk shake. It was JUST FLAVORED MILK. The employees didnt come back out and we left. I threw my drink away and wasted five dollars. PS - You want a tip? seriously? Over my dead body.

Incredible ice cream served by an amazing staff. Whether its one of their signature ice cream combinations or one of their hand-dipped milkshakes and sodas, you will not find a better ice cream experience in Bozeman then Cold Stone Creamery. Plus theyre open until 10:00 p.m. most nights.
