I cant count how many times Ive ordered my food, payed and just left. Well I did it again right now except I didnt pay. THANK YOU GOD. 10-09-2015 @ 1032 There was one car waiting for food and I was behind him. He pulled away and I rolled up and turned off my engine, PEOPLE THAT BEEN TO SONIC KNOWS TO SHUT OFF ENGINE DUE TO LONG WAIT. Back to the story. It was just me now and two cars in the Car Hop whatever. I already Ordered a Large Butter-finger Blast. The Reason Why I Never Payed this time was they never collected my money/go to the window and confirm. Yes I already ordered at the Intercoms Drive-thru. 8 minutes go by someone comes to the window , here we go. Wait its friday @ around 1030, they are trying to get the FUGG OUTT! 13 minutes and Im still sitting in my car at the window. Now theres a car ordering, and two more waiting now. Then she looks up and sees me and still nothing. She thinks Im the one that just ordered? What happened to the guy(me) that ordered the Large Butter-Finger Blast? I left empty handed after 15 minutes, thank god it was night time,

On Tuesday night, on March 8, 2016 at the location by Prince, on 1st at approximately 9:45, I decided to grab a milkshake with my girlfriend so we came to this sonic. We ordered a couple of wild berry lavender shake, and was handed the cruddiest, most tasteless "milkshake" Ive ever had. The person who made our shakes that night threw no flavoring in there. The shake consists of literally 98% vanilla ice cream. The whole point of a milkshake is to be drinkable, but still solid enough to scoop it. This "milkshake" that was presented to us was absolutely unacceptable and a sad excuse of workmanship along with a sad presentation. And the worst is that we sat in the car for about 10 minutes to be given the worst milkshakes of our life. Sonic on 1st ave, between Prince and Roger is absolutely a no go. I wish everyone the best of luck if you go there.

Thank you for robbing me of an hour of my time, my wifes time, and my 3 year old sons time. We ordered such a small order, but after 55 minutes it was never delivered. After contacting what I think was passable as a manager, he came outside to talk to me with a crust filled pink eye. He wanted to bribe me with free sundaes. They lost my order. And we sat and waited, in the heat running our precious gas to keep the AC on. I have been to Sonic once, in Texas, and it was lousy. I figured yesterday I would go try the slushes. Well that was a mistake. I will never be going back there again. Thank you for a complete lack of service. May 01, 2011 by 1st and last time customer in Tucson, AZ

This is the worst run Sonic ever at the moment. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM THE STALLS. If you go during a drive thru rush, you will be put off until last. If you do order at the stall, hopefully you arent ordering any milk shakes. Because by the time you get them they will be milk waters. Also, if they are busy, hopefully a couple crack heads dont ask if they can use the bathroom. Because they will send an employee outside, all the way the the back of the building to unlock the bathroom door for them. Top notch customer service this place gives non-paying crack head customers right now. Good job guys. You made me never want to come back after tonight. #getyourshittogether

This is the THIRD time I caught them ripping me off. If you ever order hot dogs from here like the Chicago or New York dog, make sure it is the all beef dog and not the cheap horse meat coney dog. This store will cover the hotdogs with extra toppings to attempt to hide the fact that they tear off a chunk of their cheap footlong thin not all beef hotdogs to save money. This is extremely offensive and disgusting.

The service was good, I would just say dont order the drinks with REAL fruit in them (or at least the Pineapple one) because the pieces of fruit are too large to move through the straw so you end up not being able to drink it, and its to liquidy to each it with a spoon like Eegees, that was the only thing I ordered since it was a hot day and I wasnt hungry. Other than that the service was good and fast.

Service was friendly but really slow... it wasnt busy but I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order and then another 20 to receive it. I looked in the bags and saw that half my order was missing! I checked my receipt to make sure I didnt pay for the missing food I let the carhop know what I was missing she apologized but didnt offer to make it right and I left and went to mcdonalds.

Typically this place is great. However one morning we went there and we waited at the drive-thru order placement area. The person came on the speaker said theyll be right with us and a few minutes past and past and then we drove up to the front and the person was having a nice conversation either with friends or god-knows-who. But we ended up just leaving and so did the car behind us.

The order taker gave me the wrong total, and the runner kept coming back to "check-in" on me, because I bent down and they thought "you fell asleep on you steering wheel." Somehow the burger I ordered reeked and tasted like onions even though I asked them to hold them. This place put a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and metaphorically.

They go through more employees then they do Customers. Level of service changes are the time because of new faces and management. Get it right and take care of employees first . Customers will be happy after. Why does it take 10 min per order just about? I wish there was a burger king/McDonalds there instead. Service a lot better.

The tables outside are always dirty! Use to go here on my lunch break almost every day because I love their popcorn chicken every time I visited this Sonic for lunch the tables were just disgusting. The employees are super nice. They finally updated the order screens outside.

The food was great. The carhop was friendly. I wish you could give the carhop a tip on cc. its been long time since you could do that at the Sonic drive-ins. Didnt download the app. Very clean. And did I mention the food was great.

Ordered two corn dogs in the drive through for a quick lunch. Without question the worst corn dogs I have ever eaten. Both were overcooked but one was burnt and hard as a rock, could not eat it. I will never go back there again.

The twilight zone. Manager tried to overcharge me $4.37 and after arguing with me threw my food in the trash. Good place if you like being waited on by people in a meth rage.....real talk! Ill never go to this sonic ever again!
