This location doesnt live up to the Coldstone reputation. The store looks dingy and desolate. There are very few cakes on hand and they didnt have cupcakes available. The icecream sandwiches I did buy tasted old, and unlike other locations, there is no freshness date on the container. The employee was friendly, which justifies the 1 star rating. Step it up, you are part of the Coldstone family!

Came in at 10:00pm, an hour before close. It took 30 minutes for an order for two, regardless of there being 9 customers waiting. Everyone behind the counter was complaining about how late it was the entire time, one of which had the audacity to ask me if I knew what time it was. Wont be back.

The ice cream itself was delicious except for the fact that the server made my order wrong, not once but twice. She was being rude after I told her she made the mistake which shows that I was making her do more work than she wanted to do. Overall a great variety of choices.

Very bad service, i was eating with my family and they told me to leave because they were having pipeing issues. They close the doors and other gusset asked why were they close and they told me they were just talking with each other inside doing nothing!

Only 1 girl when I went in, but right away she acknowledged me although I had to wait for the big order she fixed before me. Very courteous and she made my order just perfect with no drips. Will visit again..

Absolutely the best ice cream around. Open late too, though that can be a bad thing if youre fighting off a late night craving.

Good service but almost always closes 10 or so minutes early. The stapley and 60 store has better service and closes on time.
