I ordered two 8 inch cakes from The Sweet Tooth Fairy for my daughter and my boyfriends daughter for their birthday. They were two of the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen and the best cake I have ever tasted. One cake was chocolate, one was vanilla and both had chocolate icing which is what both daughters requested. I searched the internet looking for an idea of what would look good on chocolate icing. Needless to say the options are more limited. I did find an idea of what I wanted and gave a picture with my order. I spoke with Mandi at The Sweet Tooth Fairy and asked her if she could do something similar. Mandi was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Mandi for all you did. I will definitely go back for future business and highly recommend their service and sweets. Everyone was so friendly and the sweets were delicious.

We got the vanilla cake with classic vanilla frosting. Oh my goodness. It was so rich and amazing without being overly sweet. The cake was very dense and moist which I like in a cake. I was surprised at how heavy it was when I picked it up! I will say the cake was a bit on the pricy side at $50 for the 8 inch round, but it fed 20 people good sized slices. I would say its great for a special occasion and worth the price for the quality. The store itself was very clean and the workers were super sweet (pun intended!) Will definitely buy our birthday cakes here from now on.

I was extremely disappointed when I went to use my gift certificate my mom had purchased for me for my birthday at one of their Utah locations and they wouldnt honor the gift card. I sent and email and made a comment on their Instagram account and never heard back from them. I dont know if Im more upset that they would be so dishonest to not honor a gift certificate or that they couldnt bother to take the time to help a loyal customer. It totally turned me off and I never go now.

I love the sweets at Sweet Tooth Fairy! However what keeps me coming back is the incredible and friendly customer service. I so appreciate the atmosphere that all the employees create. The fact that they are also so willing to allow me to sample things before I buy is really going above and beyond in my opinion! Thank you for coming to Gilbert : )

The cookies are outstanding but orders are another issue or two. Cookies are not ready at the time promised which is quite annoying. And when ordering cookies by the dozen, one does not receive the bakers dozen (13) that this business states. Sadly, Im not sure Ill order again unless I can be assured that these issues will not happen again.

I have been coming here for about a year. Nothing but deliciousness and the customer service is always spectacular. If anyone every writes anything negative about them, well they obviously will be having a bad day. My suggestion would be to "eat your cookie"! The entire staff is so wonderful and Im so grateful for them.

The best cupcakes I have ever tasted. The strawberry shortcake cupcake is my personal favorite. When cupcakes shops started popping up everywhere I thought they were so overrated. NOT THIS PLACE. (This place is way better than Sprinkles, BTW.) Yes, I will gladly pay $2.50 for one cupcake because they are THAT good.

I dont know what happened to this place. in the past 2 month they have taken a nose dive. The cupcake sizes have been cut in half, they are like mini cupcakes now. The quality has also gone down hill, the cupcakes are so dry and bland. I use to love this place....so sad.

These cupcakes are just ok, frosting is just ok, cake bites just ok. Prices are high for what you get. Not overly impressed. Could make better cupcakes and frosting at home. The convenience of being able to get just 1 cupcake is the only reason Id return.

The staff was friendly, the shop looked and smelled delightful, and the wait in line was short. They had quite a variety of gluten-free cupcakes to choose from, also! The cookies and gf cupcake we have eaten so far were delicious! Great place for a treat!

I would recommend any of the gluten free items except the red velvet cupcakes. They have an awful texture and no taste. Have called them before on this issue but tonights red velvet was one of the worst of bad red velvet experiences here

We love their cupcakes, cake bites and sugar cookies. Its a fun place to stop in for a sweet treat. The selection changes for a new taste experience each month. We also like to buy their cupcakes to give to friends on their birthdays.
