Where to start? EVERYTHING here is FANTASTIC!!! I have been a patron here since they opened. Even though I have tried many of their one-of-a-kind products, Trisha is always innovating and creating new marshmallow desserts, so theres always something new to taste! First off, whatever your perception of marshmallow is, get it out of your brain. These are not like any store bought marshmallows. Fluff Its mallows are not overly sweet and super soft to the touch. They also sell marshmallow cream "fluff" in jars, sandwiched between oatmeal cookies, and on top of their delicious Costa Rican coffee and blended beverages. My current favorite is the "Cookie Monster" on their new Fluffed Up Menu. Its a blended drink that taste like cookies and its topped with vanilla fluff and mini cookies. Stop by and give it a try! Youll be planning your next trip to their shop before you even have a taste.

Just wasnt that good. Cookies were like grocery store bulk cookies. Marshmallows were scorched on the outside but not melted at all on the inside. Im sure people like the place,just wasnt for me..the staff was very friendly,but,and this is just my personal opinion, the girl who greeted us and served us,had those stretched out ear plugs. Only she had the plugs out and the LONG and FLOPPY pieces of skin had these weighted earing thing hanging from them. The skin was nearly to her shoulders.once again,not for me. I honestly was a small decision away from walking out and finding a different place. Either way, some may enjoy,just not my family.we say no thanks

A fun and delicious experience. Toasted Marshmallow is like a create your own Smores bar. They have several ideas on the menu, but the most fun is making your mix and match creation. Lots of flavors give your fluffy canvas an unlimited number of choices. Go nuts! Or dont....your choice. They also serve cold brew and frozen coffee drinks. My favorite is the Lava Flow (no coffee). Its frozen lemonade and frozen strawberry mixed with strawberry puree and topped with marshmallow fluff. Located I a small strip mall off Gilbert, between Baseline & Guadalupe. Make the trip for a unique dessert experience.

Was not super impressed. The idea of making specialty items with marshmallows is cute and would def work well with events, parties and weddings. However the prices are expensive for the build your own smore. $6 for 5 marshmallow pieces. It wasnt anything crazy exciting. Maybe I tried the wrong thing. Maybe the drinks are better. I probably wont be back. I can make the same thing at home and wont have to share it with my family. Oh I also didnt like that an employee asked for help for something and no one helped her. She was super nice but I was disappointed that no one helped her out.

Fluff It is a must try and go back for more! I found their videos on Instagram and you could really see their passion for making these delicious treats. It was worth our hour drive and you could taste the passion in their treats and drinks. The frozen hot chocolate was amazing! Especially eating it with the fluff thats toasted to perfection! We tried all the frozen drinks and a lot of treats they were all delicious! The staff was really nice especially one of the owners, really lovely lady. The shop is super cute too and clean. A+

Went there with my husband, i got the smore with peanut butter cookies- talk about ROCK HARD, like really disappointing. I tasted my husbands with the chocolate chip cookies, and it was SO GOOD and soft. The line was pretty long, and it took a while to get ours, so i didnt feel like it would be worth asking for another cookie. Beware of the peanut butter cookies! Youll find yourself eating just the marshmallow and fillers for a crazy price!

I think I enjoyed the idea of Fluff It more than I enjoyed the actual experience of it. It is small and there is not much seating. The staff was pleasant, however they were not the type to help you through the process or be helpful in any way. They just did orders. The desserts were good. I am not saying you should not go there. It is worth the experience. I am just saying when I go out for treats, this place is not on the top of my list.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I first found out about Fluff It from a Gilbert farmers market where they had a booth. My husband and I bought some marshmallows and were hooked! Weve been in a couple of times and have enjoyed it every time. I love that it is such a down- to- earth local business. The treats are amazing and the environment is so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

What a brilliant idea! Its like a frozen yogurt or a sundae but with marshmallow fluff. I found this place when they had a small business week deal. They are tasty, but a little on the sweet side for me to eat all at once. Definitely a great place to take marshmallow fans and little kids though. Customer service was spot on. Everyone was helpful and friendly and well versed into explaining how it worked.

You cant go wrong with anything here. I LOVE everything about this place! All of their desserts and drinks are incredible. You really cant go wrong with anything you choose. My house always has to have a jar of fluff and a few flavors of marshmallows on hand. And we also like to go in and enjoy marshmallow pops, cookie monsters, smores, bites and their delicious iced drinks and cold brew

The owners are some of the most talented, genuine, hardworking and passionate people I have ever met. If youve never been, you got to check them out. Its seriously the BEST!

If you love marshmallows and smores, this place will be heaven on earth for you. Also offers frozen "hot" chocolate. An oxymoron, I know, but it has the consistency of a frapaccino and delicious. They offer ice coffee and other frapaccino style coffee drinks. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and feels homey.

Great marshmallows and atmosphere but on a Friday night there was a bit of a wait. There needs to be a faster assembly process and/or more employees. We got two smores and the PB cup is amazing with a vanilla marshmallow per the employees suggestion. Overall though, it was a great evening.

I was expecting more of a smore cafe type place. They will custom make you a smore but they do it in the back and not in front of you. Its more of a gift shop type environment. They basically make their own marshmallows. I also thought they were quite pricey. Good for one visit.

Excellent options, and it was very tasty. It was pretty pricy for marshmallows though. We did get several, 4 just flavored marshmallows, two sandwiches. The almond joy one with milk chocolate was better than dark. Lemon marshmallow was okay, the fluffernutter sandwich was good.

I loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves small businesses and amazing marshmallows. I also recommend the Pretty Unicorn smores lightly toasted, a Costa Rican Cold Brew coffee with milk and vanilla, and a jar of cookie dough and marshmallow fluff.
