This place is getting a face lift, and seems to be going through the growing pains with technology not working, staffing not being enough for busy times, slow times seems to have staff still busy doing other stuff (wait times just for someone to say hi is a couple of minutes). Before the upgrade there were some issues as well with long wait times for food. Hoping after some time after all the upgrades that this place picks up! I like going here because its right down the street from my wifes place of work, so its nice to grab lunch and take it to her at times (she LOVES Sonic).

I wanted to thank all the Sonic staff on duty the day I came to the restaurant and my car started on fire. The staff assisted me without hesitation to put the fire out. The staff provided me with buckets of water and a fire extinguisher and the fire was put out successfully!!!The staff gave myself and friend some ice water to drink without my even asking They went above and beyond and I was super impressed with all of them. Sonic is constantly screwing up. When ever I go to Sonic to grab a slush, they are melted and not worth the $3 what ever they charge. I will pay happy hour prices and ask them to do their job right. Yesterday though, I arrived there at 3:57 and they would not honor the happy hour price which ends at 4 because they said it was a couple minutes past 4. Do not give this place your time or money unless you are asking for poor service, melted drinks and I assume cold food.

Im actually sitting here now and have a very simple order, a #3, route 44 ocean water and medium ched r peppers. The lady comes out and set a hotdog down, looks at the recipe and then looks in the bag to tell me it was the totally wrong order. Turns to walk back in and grabs another bag this time the correct one and looks at my recipe another time and i had to tell her that i didnt order the hotdog. Theyre too busy goofing around inside.

The first time I arrived at this location I was blown away by the quality of the food. Compared to other Sonics that I had frequented, it was near perfection. However, and this is a disappointing however my comrades, it is a Sonic; so as you would most likely expect it all boils down to being utter shīt. Edit: I would rather eat shīt.

This Sonic has better service than any other in the area. I usually get wings and Ive never gotten ranch dressing on the side. I didnt even know it was offered. At this one, it came with ranch! Also, the guy who delivered the food even gave me a spoon for my extra thicc shake! Such good customer service here!

When it hit over 100 degrees my family and I needed a refreshing drink so I proposed that we go to Sonic, and I dont regret it. The workers were very nice and knew there way around their machinery. The drinks were very good and at an affordable price and I do recommend coming here.

Sonic has some good items every once in a while (usually for a limited time), but I dont go for the food. I go for the beverages. I never ever crave their burgers, etc., but I do find myself craving a Grape Watermelon Creme Slush form time to time.

Quick and friendly service. They have happy hour and their slushes and shakes are delicious! I personally love the double cheese burger with bacon and mayo hold the pickles with tater tots and a route 66 size sour grape slush with "rainbow candy"

Love this location. Very easy access from the main road and theres never too long of a wait. The outside eating area is always clean unlike some other outside areas (no ants, tables are free of food, no trash on the ground).

Hatch chill real good .5 star for the food. Service on Ray rd was really not all that great slow and messed up my order but thats how I discovered the green hatch double jr. Burger funny but good deals on happy hour

I dont think Ive ever been to this sonic, and had the drive thru take less than 10 minutes minimum. Most Sonics around town are very quick, but if use the drive thru here expect to wait.

Get popcorn chicken meal with mozzarella sticks, and no sauce at all. Nothing to dip the chicken in, no marinara. This is the second time this has happened and it is unacceptable.

It was quick and easy food to grab on the fly but the layout for the touch screens is very hit or miss and can be overly sensitive or not sensitive at all.
