This sonic drive in is amazing although we have Alot of customers who lie and manipulate to get what they want Alot of the negative reviews are from customers who were either rude or have a problem with the multicultural employees ppl its 2015 get over yourselves its a fast food chain not Applebees try switching places with some of those employees you have running out in the cold and not tip them but you are extremely rude to them and then get on here and write a negative review .....Really ppl can complain but wont work to balance the workforce out does no one realize very few here have to work and that most places are short handed and Im pretty sure the mgmt informed you of this anyway my service was excellent as a matter of fact everyday that I stop by its o The money every time all the time love you guys American Fork sonic keep up the good customer service and hot and fresh menu items also how is it the one lady or guy order food at this location and drives twenty minutes and expects the food to still be hot really your some kind of special for that lmao anyway give this place a try dont listen to these negative reviews its a great location I love it each and every time I come

I went to the drive through after a long day at work. I sat in the drive through at the speaker for 10 minutes. No one answered my polite hello that I said about 15 times. I pulled up to the window, where a gentleman approached me, didnt open the window, looked at me, then took the order of the car that was behind us. I pulled into a stall and placed my order. 30 minutes later, I didnt have my food, but two cars that pulled into stalls after me received their food and left. I pressed the button again, asking where my order was. The girl said just a moment, then said she was bringing it out. My food was cold. It had to have been sitting on the counter for about 15 to 20 minutes. No apology was given for my 45 minure wait. I will never go back to this location and I suggest others go to the location in Pleasant Grove before considering this one.

Ordered food for my family, and the person taking my order was incredibly rude, I brought it home and the order was all wrong, ( I ordered no mayo and they slathered everything in mayo, chicken strips were so old and burnt they actually had black edges). I called Sonic to give them the opportunity to make it right, as it was clearly their fault and I live 20 miles away from the restaurant, they hung up on me twice and said "too bad", then on my third call they said if I rush back tonight (its 9:30 p.m. and I have a baby that is up past his bed time) they would refund me but they wouldnt fix it tomorrow, even if I brought in my receipt. All of my food ended up in the garbage where it belonged and Sonic robbed me of my $20. Ill never visit this location again.

The drive thru service that day and the past few visits has gotten slower and the order taker does not seem happy or enthusiastic to be helping you thru the intercom. I spent 25 minutes from ordering to getting my food (I would have been happy if given a notice that they were bombarded with orders, but nothing in the 97° heat.) I actually ended up exiting the line before getting my order as I had an appointment with a train. Normally, a few minute wait is normal and manageable, but lately their service has been suffering. Its still good drink and food. My stars are in response to service and expediency, nothing else.

Every single time Ive been to this location theres been something wrong. Theyre consistently slow (as in 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to get a single slush slow) and almost always get something wrong. On top of that, the employees are rude, the building is poorly maintained, and its pretty clear that nobody cares. Ive complained to corporate twice now and the manager obviously doesnt care. Just dont bother going here. If you really want Sonic, go to Draper or Provo - youd spend forever waiting here anyway, so you might as well just use that time driving to a better Sonic location.

Hours said close at Midnight. I pull in at 11:20 PM. Lights are on... the "OPEN" sign us lit... there are two cars parked, I am guessing the employees cars...the two cars ahead of me pulled forward in the drive thru. So its my turn to order... nothing. I sat there for 2 mins thinking they are helping the other two cars... I pull forward a little bit to look around the corner and there are no cars atvthe drive thru. I pull into a stall... nothing. I push the button three times and no service. All I wanted was a route 44 Cherry Limeaide and they ruined it for me!!

NO ONION RINGS? REALLY? They ran out of onion rings - a Sonic staple item. The location is near enough to I-15 that you can hear the semi-trucks rolling down the road - so I dont think the problem is that food cant easily be shipped here. This isnt exactly some remote town in Alaska that depends upon Ice Road Truckers to deliver things. Reading the other reviews on this location reveals a common thread: there is obviously a management problem here. Either they are incompetent, or lackadaisical, or absent or all three.

Food was fine, my complaint is with the eating area that is offered inside Sonic. Most of the tables looked like they were not wiped off, there was garbage on one of the tables as well. While eating an employee came out and took their break, turning on the TV and picking shows that were not appropriate for my 2 and 4 year old to be watching. Plus the bathrooms were not very clean and the toilet paper was almost gone. It was the nastiest bathroom I have ever been in that was provided at a place like this.

Zero rating very poor service slow to serve customers mess up shakes every time litterally every meal more than five of ours has been messed up not only one meal but the whole meal messed up everything we order is wrong or melted or doesnt get to us or we dont get served at all and litterally sit their for fourty minutes each time. All locations suck busness should not be esistant. Never get refunded eaither for such poor service dont know how sonic even gets money at all or customers.

Like the food and drinks. Even though they say they are open til midnight, the inside dining closes at an arbitrary time that I cant seem to get a straight answer as to when that is. We stopped coming after 10pm, and one week they booted us at 9:30pm. We came at 8:45pm another time and they sent the shift manager out to remind us that they had closed the inside. The last time we ate there I overheard a staff member sigh "is it those guys again?" So we stopped eating there altogether.

Girl at the window doesnt speak English very well. Messed up my check. Had the manager fix it which took a half an hour practically. Manager was nowhere to be found watched him walk across the parking lot to come finally fix my check, not even an apology given . This place sucks beyond belief. Shouldnt take this long to get a hotdog and your customer service is the worst. There was a nice young kid that tried to help but im never going back.
