After a long, hard day of work, all I wanted was a chocolate Snickers shake. Unfortunately that didnt happen! After waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes, they finally realized that one of the employees had put the intercom on hold and no orders were coming through (this realization occurred only after the car behind me called in and told them that something was definitely wrong because there was a line of six cars waiting to place an order). One of the employees came out and told me to pull forward and manually wrote down my order on a sticky pad. After waiting for another 15 minutes, and seeing the car behind me and two cars behind that receive their order, I was understandably frustrated and disappointed. When they finally brought out my order, I expressed my frustration that Id been waiting over 30 minutes and the employee responded by thing me that they were behind on orders and that they also had a couple of new people working that night. I understand the need to train new hires and that theres a learning curve when youre a new employee, but dont have brand new people that apparently dont quite know what theyre doing start on a Saturday night when its obviously going to be very busy. When all was said and done, Id been there over 35 minutes! WTH. Oh, and they even managed to forget the Snickers in my chocolate shake. FAIL!!!!

This location is a mess. One time my girlfriend and I drove here about an hour before closing and just ordered cheese tots and two drinks. We waited an hour before they started to shut the lights off. I went inside and was like "Hey, we never got our food...". They were nice enough to make it for us without making us pay but still. There have been many other times where we sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes just for a shake or ice cream with only one car in front of us. My last visit took a good 15-20 minutes for two drinks. The guy took my credit card and went inside for about 4-5 minutes. He then came back and said my card was declined and asked if I had another card. This worried me because my phone notifies me every time my card is swiped, even if it fails. I never got such notifications so I am not sure what was going on there. I cant keep trying with this location. It always feels severely under staffed. The workers look stressed out and unhappy (Except for the guy on skates who seems baked all the time. Hes cool). They could probably do with new management asap because this place has gotten out of control.

I made a mistake tonight. After years of swearing off this awful company for their repeated inability to correctly, punctually, or competently fulfill even a single order, I caved. My failure was rewarded by a quick and brutal reminder why this place is just garbage. The most inept, slow, and rude staff that one could possibly hire took my money and order, and then left me alone if my spot for 15 minutes. Ignored every attempt I made to contact them, including going to a different spot. The order machine said my food was ready, but still nobody. Dont make the mistake that I did, stay away from this place, anywhere including a puddle at the side of the road would have been better. At least with the puddle, Id have my drink and be blessedly free from the intellectual giants who work at this location.

Used to love Sonic, especially in the summer when I lived across town. But at this location theres only been twice in the last 10 times Ive come here that they didnt make a mistake with my order. And everything is consistently extremely sloooooowww no matter what I order. Sorry, but two fountain drinks shouldnt take over 10 minutes, especially when Im the only one in the drive-thru and theres only two other cars parked there. Only come here if you want a shake and are trying to kill lots of time, because it will take 3 times longer than any other "fast food" place, no matter what it is you order. Servers are super friendly but it will take you a very long time to see one.

My experience here is that they are very distrusting of their customers. I told the guy Id already paid with my debit card on the screen before he came out with my order and he said "are you sure? I should double check on that just in-case". ??? Really? Of course it showed I paid when he checked. Then, my daughters chicken strips were missing from my order so I told our carhop guy. Then his supervisor comes out asking if I really didnt get my chicken! I dont want to come here if this is how suspicious they are of their customers. Also, it took me 35 minutes to get my order.

I come to this location often since the one on highland closed. What a shame. I have been sitting here for about 20 minutes in the 8 am hour and there is no one else here. Yet my drink and breakfast burrito are taking quite a while. I usually come for just a drink during happy hour and after pressing the button, I wait on average 12 minutes before someone comes on the speaker to take my order. Plus another 15+ minutes for my one drink to come out. The quality is good but I dont understand how a fast food joint can be so slow!

Service is horribly slow. If I go to FAST food, its for a reason: I want/need my food relatively fast. After hitting the red button twice, waiting several minutes in between, I decided to try the actual drive thru. After waiting there for several minutes, I finally drove off. I was really looking forward to one of their many delicious drinks they offer, but I wont be returning to this location. If a customer cant be acknowledged in less than 2 minutes (or 15 in my case), you dont deserve their business.

The service here is so slow. The first time I went to this location it was understaffed, and it took about 45 mins to order and get our food. I decided to give them another chance, and it was the same story. We got sick of waiting to place our order so we simply left. I would have given them only 1 star due to the wait time, but I have to give them at least 2 stars because their drink selection is amazing. I absolutely love a good cherry limeade! I will try out another location next time.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no tomato or ketchup and two corn dogs. I got a cheeseburger with ONLY tomato and ketchup, and ONE corn dog. After scraping off the tomato and ketchup I simply couldnt find the rubbery meat patty edible. The shakes were runny as hell and more whipped cream than actual shake. I was also questioned as to whether or not Id really paid for my order with the swiper on the drive up window. Dont waste your time and money at this location.

Drive thru for a strawberry shake they took 20+ minutes with one car ahead of us then proceeds to give my shake away and has to remake it horrible service one employee could be heard loud and clear he was up set when I asked where my shake was I heard him while I was waiting outside my car ( at 20 minutes ) to get the shake with my husband calming our baby... dont waste your time ! Also the car hop didnt give straw or spoon grrr.
