The pharmacy needs a better staff! On 11 FEB 12 one of the pharmacist made eye contact with me while I was standing in line but walked away then about three minutes later when he made eye contact AGAIN with me he just closed the shutters on me. So I went to the glass window to say Sir Ive been standing in line. The pharmacist looked at me then fan me away with his hand! This guy never said one word to me!! This is unacceptable customer service!!! Wal-Mart if you are wondering why you are losing customers in the pharmacy area to H-E-B, CVS, & Walgreen this is why. Your employes in pharmacy MUST develop or be trained on great customer service skills. Customer service can make or break a business!! This Wal-Mart would have earned five stars but instead the pharmacy POOR customer service skills lead to this Wal-Mart receiving three out of five stars. Ms. Smith

This is an awesome Walmart. This area is out in the country for the most part; so you can get your feed for your livestock and chickens...a definate plus for us! The garden area always has fresh plants; with a 30 day return policy - yes; 30 day return policy...it dies; bring it back in with your receipt and they replace it - how bad @$$ is that!? (especially for you newbie gardeners! you have nothing to lose!!! doesnt matter if its your fault or not) The grocery is alright - they have a deli and a hot chefs case..(nothing neat in the chefs case; it is walmart after all...no offense guys) Store is brand new - so the amenities are great. Customer service is MUCH better than the store @ Naco/1604 - they give new meaning to "customer service" at that location by having none!

Tried to get wings from deli/hot food area. No one Id behind the counter so I wait. After a minute or two I walk to were they slice deli meat and wait while they assist another customer. There is one older man cutting meat, not sure for who as I am the only other person waiting. He doesnt acknowledge me to Ill be with or anything. So the guy assisting the customer befote me finishes and proceeds to the end where the wings and hot food is served to wait on someone who came to tge counter after me. No acknowledgement to me. Im like unbelievable. Ive had this before at thus deli and not sure why I even decided to come back to it. This section has poor customer service and no one manages it apparently.

Ok im only giving one star because I like Walmart . My wife and I were checking out in the electronic section. The checker was an older gentleman with a scraggly ponytail but that wasnt the issue. As he attempted to separate the bags he would spit on his fingers. Im not talking licking his fingers Im saying he actual spit on his fingers! So I told him with tone. "Quit spitting on my bags!" He looked at me like I was the freak. Ugh. So we paid for our merchandise with spit. As we were leaving I spoke to the manager about her spitting employee and suggested they purchase him a little sponge to dab his fingers. She told me that his behavior was gross and she would speak to him about it.

HEB got you beat haha Recently went here for a late night video game hunt to see what they had since we were bored. While we were looking around we heard a voice on the intercom ask for security in our location. Considering that we hadnt done anything to draw that kind of attention we decided to leave that department and go get snacks. While walking over to the food section we noticed a woman following us from the department we were at to the one we were going to. Completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. Oh well what else can i say whats done is done. Got treated like a criminal so i stand by my review from a while back. HEB has them beat, and they will treat you like a VIP

This Walmart is filthy! Mens Bathrooms have paper towel rolls sitting on the shelf above the sinks ,wet from the previous user! They simply do not understand how to clean! The supervisors are just as clueless! Manager is an idiot! I you want the Flu, this is the place! They hire the least educated people they can ,"Part Time", and merchandise walks out the front door all day long! Target is beating them on prices and Price Match is painfully difficult at Walmart! Then, then, they are building a new one less than three miles away right across the street from an Elementary School! no one wanted it there !

Well yesterday my husband and I went to auto motive to get the front tire change and the lady in the register was very nice and since they did not have the tire she tried to give us another option so she calls the guy that works in the car his name was Luis he told my husband that he was not going to change the tires cause he get out at 7 so I look at the time and it was 5:40 how can he not change the tires from the front that those not even take him 1 hour. That was very rude of him and bad customer service of himself. Never going there again

Meh...their curbside is awesome and the pharmacy employees are very helpful and of course the greeters are so sweet. However, their lack of open lanes is ridiculous. Today their were only 2 lanes open and a handicapped gentleman had to wait in a long line just to pay for 2 items and not one employee offered to help him checkout in a "do it your self" lane. Seems like theyre trying to transition to only having self check out lanes because they are pretty much the only lanes open now.

The worst WalMart ever! Asked an employee for help for her to tell me she is off the clock. Take off your stupid vest then! Next cashier would not check me out at the self check out even though I asked her to check me out. She wanted to teach me her job instead. Just do what I ask so I can go and you assume "helping" other customers. I left the items at the register and will be shopping at the beautiful HEB across the way were the employees truly want to help customers.

I never like shopping at any Wal-Mart, I always prefer HEB. HEB, in all aspects, is by far a much better option and minutes away. This Wal-Mart, and most other location seems to never be staffed properly and only 4/25 lanes are available and always a long wait in line taking forever to pay and leave. Cashier have no sense of urgency, they are slow to scan products and bag items correctly never happens. They dont know you dont bag beef with chicken or pork.

I was greeted with a smile and the greeter actually had an intelligent conversation with me! Then I made my way to customer service for a return. There were no problems and the employe was prompt and pleasant. I then made my way to checkout after shopping a little. I was surprised when an employee at the self checkout scanned everything for me with a smile while having a conversation with me. I was pleasantly surprised.
