We first went to Expressions to look at bridesmaid dresses. Leesa was so friendly and made the experience fun and memorable! She helped us find the perfect dress that works with all the ages in the bridal party. Not only did we look forward to going back, but my junior bridesmaids and flower girl asked every day when we could go back and see her!! After signing up for the VIP, we saved a lot! The next time we went back, she remembered us instantly and was just as helpful as the first day. Since then, weve visited the store many times. We ordered our invitations through Expressions and they are gorgeous. I was hesitant to spend money for real invitations instead of making them myself, but Im so glad we did! Not only did we save 30% plus the VIP 10% for ordering them during the "spin the wheel" promotion, but they turned out better than we could have imagined. The card-stock is study yet elegant with a subtle simmer that matches perfectly to our colors. We also ordered tablecloth rentals, throw-petals and some adorable "guest cards" since we do not want the traditional guest book. Any and all of the questions we had were answered thoroughly. When we picked up the bridesmaid dresses, my mom tried on some dresses. Leesa helped her find a beautiful dress that looks amazing on her. Although I purchased my wedding dress somewhere else before I heard about Expressions, I did purchase my tiara and bracelet there. Not only did they have more options of jewelry than the other store but we were able to look through the book to see if there was anything they didnt have in store that we wanted to order. We plan on going back for the groomsmen vests/ties and possibly suits for the groomsboys. Overall I have LOVED my experience at Expressions. Our group can get a little crazy, but we always felt welcome. We worked with Leesa- who is AMAZING, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Expressions to anyone planning a wedding.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS STORE! I was a bridesmaid for my brothers wedding. I ended up getting pregnant before the wedding which prohibited me from attending the destination wedding. The store NEVER called me once to let me know that the dress was ready (I live over 3 hours away) so when I brought it up to my brother he said the other girls got their dresses so I should have. I first emailed the store and after several tries never received a response so I called and left voicemail after hours. They immediately returned my call and claimed that they tried to reach me. Hint number #1 they are full of S$%!... When I spoke to the sale rep she was rude to me. I paid $200 for the dress in FULL the day I we ordered them they werent even willing to ship it to me without an additional fee. I decided I would try them again and low and behold they immediately return my call and AGAIN claim they tried contact me about the dress. NEVER EVER HEARD A PEEP from them Whatsoever except on the occasions that I CALLED THEM. Now they said they put my dress in stock and did me a favor by not charging me the $3/day storage fee. I am beyond upset with them and will never recommend them nor will I give them return business. they are trash....

I ordered two flower girl dresses from this shop. The first time I ordered a dress, they told me 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. It was more like 2 months but it didnt really bother me because I ordered it long before the wedding. Flash forward to a month and a half before my wedding, I order another flower girl dress and again, they tell me 2-3 weeks. I specifically mentioned that the last dress I ordered from them took much longer to arrive and they said that it was probably just a popular dress so it was backordered and thats what took so long. But they assured me that this time it would be different and the dress would arrive in 2-3 weeks. So here I am, four weeks after I ordered the dress and it still has not arrived. I have called about 20 times in the last two days, left messages and emailed the shop and no one answers the phone or calls me back. Who has a business and does not answer the phone, EVER? I live 30 minutes away from Expressions and I am not about to drive all the way there just to check the status of the dress! However, I might have to resort to that since they dont answer the phone and my wedding is in a week and a half.

My husband and I ordered our invitations for our wedding (almost 4 years ago) at Expressions, I was pleased with the selection and prices. They had books apon books of invitations when we went, I felt like I was going to have trouble choosing but they were great at helping me choose. My invitations were fantastic!!They were also helpful when it came to the wording in invitations, I was clueless. They arrived on time and were perfect, couldnt have been happier! I also rented my napkins from this store, they were the cheapest place that I was able to find in the area. The napkins were very l pretty I was happy when I walked into my wedding reception and saw them all on the tables. I was able to save money by doing my own center pieces. I rented a bunch of vases from Expressions, much cheaper than buying and I didnt end up with a bunch of center pieces that I had no idea what to do with after the reception was over. Also, I bought many other wedding odds and ends and was pleased with everything. I have recommended Expressions to others and they also have been pleased. :-)

BAD BAD BAD business. In February I paid for 4 tablerunners. They had two in the store that I left with. My daughters wedding was in July and I kept calling and emailing to see if the other 2 tablerunners came in. I kept getting the same response that they were on back order. Well the wedding came and went and in August I went to the store for my refund. They told me the owner was in the hospital but would be out the next day and they would send my refund to me. I was upset but agreed to wait. I heard nothing from them. I kept calling the store. Finally in December 2011 I got a check for the 2 runners that I paid for in February 2011. I called again looking for my other half of the rufnd. Again, they were going to call me back. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they ignored them too. If anyone shops at this store, PLEASE make sure you leave with what you pay for. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN!!!!

Horrible terrible and unprofessional all fit but does not even come close to describing how bad this business was. So we arrived 7 months ahead of time to pick out our invitations. We were told we are too early and have a few months to wait. With 10 weeks before our mail date our order is placed and we are told we will have them in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks we began callin g and asking what the deal was with our invitations. We were given so many different excuses some of which were the printing is slowed because of wedding season all the way as far as it being our fault. The employees had no clue what was going on and could not seem to pass phone messages along either. Overall terrible place full of liars and poor business practices. Save your time and money or your bride will be in tears like mine was.... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and a 1 star rating is way too much
