Well, I am disappointed at the service my son, husband and I have received at this shop. We, brought a bike in to have a specific type of inspection and we have been waiting from 9:30am - 2:15 pm. The people have only responded with you paid and just have to wait till we can get it done.

Worst shop in Longview Texas dont care about there customer only money. They have there pick of customer who they take care of first. Took a month and a half to fix front seals and a water pump. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop.

This is a Honda Dealership, but whenever I went in for work on my Honda VF750 motorcycle, they turned me away because they wanted to focus on ATV sales & service. I went to Cycle & Ski instead.
