I always seem to do something destructive to every computer I own. As a result, Ive dealt with several different places that service them. Just recently I needed to do an impromptu Skype interview regarding my Black Neil Diamond Tribute Experience and discovered my laptop cam & mic didnt work. In a panic I went into Capital City Computers fearing there would be nothing that could remedy my situation. Shortly thereafter, I was informed my computer was back in working order and the Skype call went off without a hitch. This is the first time Ive found a business that has not only provided stellar service, but who has stood behind their work. I certainly will continue to patronize Capital City Computers and am happy to suggest it to anyone else needing electronics or repair work.

Capital City Computers is AMAZING!!!! I had a problem with my iphone. Thought it was the battery. Capital City replaced it. It turned out the battery wasnt the problem, but the battery dock. They fixed it the same day! I cant express how happy I am with their service and the customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! they wanted to make sure I was happy. and I am definitely happy! Wonderful work and even better customer service!

I can not even begin to tell you how awesome Zack is! He went way beyond customer service when helping me. He never in a million years had to help me the way he did, but he did! VERY HONEST GUY!!!! I took my tv in thinking it needed repair but all it needed was to reset itself. He couldve easily said it needed repaired and charged me but he was honest and told me it didnt.. Thanks So Much!!!
