Absolutely terrible experience! I needed a 5 minute soldering job done and 2 days later(a ton of excuses and not following up) I got my board back-as it was when I brought it in... Except it was missing the wire I needed soldered. No one was ever at the store. I was blocked from writing a Facebook review. The owner threatened to sue me when I said I would get my review out there. He also sent me pictures via text-acting like his house burnt down right after I left from getting my part back. I really cant say how badly my experience was with this company and the owner. He complained about having to drive an hour to give me my part back... (I stopped by at least 5 times and no one was ever there) He was acting furious and scary when he arrived. I actually felt afraid that he might do something to me. He called me a spoiled b*tch via text. It was literally the craziest experience Ive ever had with anyone. Im positive this isnt his first or last time acting like this.

I worked here for about a week, and I was told I would be paid at the end of the week. When I asked about my check and said "this cant happen every week", referring to the absence of pay, he fired me over text the following day. Working in this store was odd. They smoke cigarettes in the store, so the smell is foul and the smoke is bad for computer parts. The owner is psychotic. He used my phone to call his cell service provider and threatened to "dash their head against the wall" when they couldnt get in touch of a manager. Honestly if I could give a negative star review I would. Please save yourself time, money, and threats of violence and avoid this hell hole at all costs. There are far more knowledgeable and professional computer repair shops in the area.

RUN! This guy is a SCAM ARTIST. Will get your computer and ask to meet you somewhere other than his shop and give you your computer that he has not repaired. Then dodge your phone Calls. Take notice that he never answer your call when you first call him for business. He waits for you to leave a message to make sure you are not some one he has ran off with your money. I have filed a police report and going to file civil suit.

This guy Robbie Alveraz is the worst kind of scumbag. He took advantage of my 86 year old father. He said he could fix hes laptop for $100. Never saw him agian. He kept saying he would bring it back but never did.

My computer froze and died and I was in the middle of a deadline project..within an hour the technician arrived..and i was back to work within 30 minutes!! Saved the day!
