Easy tech rules. They have great prices on hardware and accessories. Great prices on laptops. Was there to pick up some ram for a laptop I had just got I mistakenly told them the wrong speed of ram and realized when I got home that it wouldnt work. They switched it out for the right speed ram no problem. Even though the mistake was my fault they took care of it no questions asked. This is a great place especially if your looking for older components that the chain stores drop as soon as newer stuff comes out. This is my go to computer store and a great place for OG geeks who know what they need and for newbies who dont know what they need. A++

My personal favorite place to go when I need a computer part or if Im having problems with my computer. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, as well as give good deals. They do not charge to diagnose your desktop computer which is why I love coming here whenever one of my computers are having a problem, and its always been solved. They tell you what the problem is so you can either fix it yourself or have them do it. They dont pressure you to have them fix it either. Lots of computers and older hardware here..completely worth checking out

Terrible place to do business with. I bought a used computer that crashed as soon as I brought it home then returned it for another the next day. The second one did the same thing so he gave me a different laptop in return. The laptop worked fine for three weeks then died. When I called the owner to tell him of the problem he said he couldnt help me because I took a return even though their policy was 30 days. Stay away from Easy Tech.

So I took my laptop to reinstall Windows. A guy named Farsat said my motherboard was burnt and I just bought that laptop. He said he replaced it. He didnt do anything to it. I sent it to Dell and they said the motherboard was never changed and it never had any problems just a software problem. I got charged $200. This is Bull. Worse tech place in Nashville! They are scammers I tell you!!

These people are amazing! Im not computer savvy and was completely freaked out when a virus shut down my computer. Some of the computer techs I found were charging $125 an hour to fix the problem. Thats way too much for me to afford. Eazy Tech charged a flat fee of $50 and my computer is working perfectly again! I cant recommend these guys enough! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

These guys are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about computers. I would recommend them to anyone with a computer problem, or who needs to buy a computer. It was the best experience I have had with computer technicians. You wont be disappointed. If I ever have a problem again I will be back.

Great Service and Great Price! They have been there since 2006 and they really know their stuff. Came in for a power jack replacement which had to be soldered and they did it same day service. Will go again for computer problems, thanks guys!

Cannot give negative star. Dylan will try and milk you for $150.00 service call for Samsung Refrigerator. When he cant get it, he will not show-up. DEADBEAT! Avoid like the plaque!
