When I came to pick up my puppy, I asked the groomer Deb to cut more around the cheeks and as she tried to cut more she grabbed her by her neck and told her to stay still with frustration. That is not professional or how you treat animals. When I got home she had uneven cut parts and I noticed a cut around her nose. I dont want to think of how she was handled before I got there because Im sure it wasnt well since shes been jumpy and uneasy afterwards.
