Very deceitful. Ive been meaning to post this for 15 months and Im sorry to anyone this could have helped in that time. This crew seems nice and friendly but they are wolves dressed like sheep. Read and read on in regards to any contracts or upgrades. Do not trust their word or anything they tell you. Do not sign anything without reading all disclaimers and every word on every page.

Sneaky, deceptive staff. Thinking of canceling all my contracts. Came in to replace an old phone, ended with a two year contact with directTV and my $800 old phone in their possession lost in a mail. Trying to recover it, they don;t call back or answer the phone. Going back there to have a real talk with DAVID!!!

dont listen to Kumar^^^ (he sounds cheap) This place is great. Been going here for almost 7 years and never had a bad experience. They are honest and straight forward with everything they do, and their service cant be matched. Their local guys who actually care about their customers.

I lost my simcard and went here to get one. The owner Wants to charge 20 bucks for new simcard, which is actually free if you call 611. Better visit the att corporate store in nanuet or garden state plaza.
