I called today just to ask a question regarding one of my lines, l have 3 lines in my account, I had been a very loyal customers for more than 11 years with Sprint and Lina answered the phone and told me to hold for a moment and my answer was to please not to leave me on hold for ever and l wait for more than 15 minutes before she came back on the phone. She answered my question and I complained about the waiting time and she quickly hang up. I am very disappointed with the customer service but not surprised because some things will never change it has always been the same.

The worst customer service Ive EVER experienced!!! Not only was every rep too "busy" to even acknowledge me for the first 45 mins I stood there waiting, but they werent even helping their customers anymore, they were chatting it up, one rep getting some girls number (literally, I swear!) one of the reps too busy looking at her own phone, and had the audacity to give me a nasty attitude when I asked her if she could answer a quick question for me. Im pissed. The rudeness was unacceptable.. Either re staff or shut down because this store sucks!!

Last month I Stood on line for One hour and Ten minutes before being helped by one of Two employees. I just wanted to ask a few questions about renewing. Tonight, stopped at the store to spend hard earned money and this site said open Saturday 9am to 9pm, the door was locked with some idiot standing behind the counter holding up some of his fingers. What ever happened to customer service, Im sorry sir, we are closed. our hours are xxx. Same BS with the last contract renewal.

Sat there for 20 minutes while no one helped, we were at the main desk and no one working felt the need to ask if we needed help or that the woman Debbie that was standing there wasnt using that register so when she decided to finally go back to her register and help someone she didnt ask us(who were there well before the others) if we had a question but instead skipped over us and helped others

This is the most corrupt department I have ever felt with. They have given me false information and promotions over the phone and taken and continued to hang the phone up as I attempted to speak with a supervisor. Disgraceful. I hope I can convince people to stay away from sprint. Horrible.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Put me on a back and forth mission between calling sprint and going back to the store. Lady was texting her friends while helping me, occasionally continuing work on my issue. Also tried to take phone to back when not necessary which seemed shady.

This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. I wait for at least a half hour every time I come in regardless of appointment. They never answer the phone and the incredibly rude employees seem to have no idea how to do their jobs. Im elated to never have to go here again.

Just very poor manners and when I called at 6:45 to see if they had something I needed they said they close at 7. I asked why their site says 8? And he was even ruder said "I dont care what the site says we close at 7!l
