1. Its great to celebrate 1 hr of work left, i would recommend employees keeping it internal minding customers at store. Everyone loves going home but saying you "cant wait to have a people break" while im standing next to you is rude. 2. If a customer asks you where the zippers are, kindly respond and direct them towards correct location. Please STOP saying "do you not fuckn see the sign" as the customer walks away AND im right across from you ?? God forbid i ask or help! 3. If a customer asks for help and doesnot speak english well, can you STOP mocking him as he walks away unable to communicate?? FYI AGAIN I STANDING NEXT TO YOU!! Witnessing your poor attitude towards customers with this difficulty just boils me! 4. Employees working there was "lisi" + 2 others. May 7th 2016 5:30pm closing time. Caucasian Short chubby employee was the one making rude comments in front of me. This all happe b ed within 30 mns!!! I cant imagine how it is for 8hrs!!!

The worst costumer service store I have been. I bought 1 yard wide fabric, but they cut into wrong size. After I come back ask for exchange within a month. Their attitude are bad and wasted me for around half an hour to exchange this. At first they want me to return the previous one with the cheap price and ask me to pay high on this new one. I wont come again.

I like this store and have been coming here for years and I have never once had a bad experience. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I just called in to inquire if they have an item i needed and the woman went to check. Two thumbs up
