We have always used Sears auto for our auto needs but today I think is the last time I come here to get work done. The wait was ridiculous and not until 3 people lined behind me was I addressed with a well be with you shortly, finally the guy says next and acts like being at work is the worst thing. No coupon for maintance work nor does he know if any of the work is under warranty he has to talk to Laurie , every answer was I have to talk to Laurie , well get Laurie than!. So stressful for an 1031.00 job you need better customer service.!

If I could give them a lower rate I would. Not only did they deliver a product that was not working as advertised, they promised to make it right. When I got to the store that all changed. No longer would they make it right but they wanted to charge me a lot more money! My advice is to stay away. Shop somewhere else. Sears delivery also damaged the wall in my house! Ill try to leave a picture but, no damage is acceptable.

Phone service is awful, was told to hold for a moment and ended up waiting for one hour before getting fed up and calling back, afterwards i asked if they were busy with calls - which would explain the delay - but the woman told me they have barely had any calls all day. need to replace the operators with people who can do their job.

Ive gone here a few times and picked up a few things on a sale. You should always cross reference the sales on your phone with other local competitors but I was able to get a good deal on numerous items. Rob Dearborn, in appliances, was also very nice, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Horrible customer service. Dont use delivery! Its a contract agency and theyre awful and sears wont help you once they sell you the appliance. Last time I buy appiiances there. Too bad. Sears used to be a great company..
