what a waste of time! I came in for a simple screen replacement. He did it and I traveled to Boston and found I cant do videochat any more since the front camera doesnt work (the back camera is fine). So I came in to discuss this and after he removed the screen the phone wont power up. Apparently the screen replaced the first time wasnt good. So he puts in a new screen (at their cost since its within 30 days). He was polite and asked me to come back a different time to fix the camera. I came in two more times, no camera they say. I called, still no camera. I think they are trying to avoid doing this.

I was gifted an eReader 2 year ago, in which I absolutely LOVE.. I mean I take it EVERY WHERE , any way I was doing my morning walk with my puppy when he decided to chase a jogging and he pulled me .. Next thing I know My eReader is on the ground and I think I felt my heart shatter with the screen. Cause I knew it was no longer under warranty. . So while at work my friend told me about Smart Service repair shop., then took it there. 5 days later I was back to walking my puppy while reading on my favorite toy.. Thx I am very very very Happy.

After I paid 150 to get my screen fixed the screen was either bad quality or not properly replaced it doesnt work at all I was better off with my cracked screen dont go here there are other places that are cheaper and safer. I went back to get my money back they said I would get a $5 dollar discount, I was livid so I left. Please dont waste your money.

Today I got my phone repaired. I was told that it was going to take 25 mins. I believe it took less than that. The gentlemen was nice enough to put a covering on my phone, a promotion for Rutgers students. I would suggest anyone who needs to fix their crack screen to go to this business located in the heart of New Brunswick! Beautiful Service!

Very polite and professional. Replaced a BADLY smashed iPhone 5c screen that the Apple Store refused to fix. Was done in 30 minutes, and they offered a tempered glass screen protector to help keep from breaking again. Will come back again if I break another phone. (But lets hope not.) Excellent service A***

Ive had my phone fixed twice here so far and had an extremely good experience both times. They are quick and are extremely affordable (which is a blessing as a college student). Its a super relaxed atmosphere and I really dont think they could approve on anything!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience here! My iPhone screen was terribly cracked- could hardly see the screen. Walked in, and he repaired it in 20 minutes while I waited, and phone is as good as new!!! Reasonable price, too! Highly recommended.
