We visited on 7/3/17. We looked at a few autos and decided on one particular auto. At that point, we inquired as to being able to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. It was okay with Brilliant Auto so my daughter-in-law drove the auto to a local mechanic. Once at the mechanics garage, my daughter-in-law received a call from Brilliant Auto to see if we had arrived. I dont know where they thought we were going, and its obvious that we would not have gotten very far. The mechanic proceeded to "check out" the auto and seven "unsafe" items registered on his machine. The auto was driven back to Brilliant Auto and they were informed about the problems with the auto. They put their machine on the auto and no problems registered..? I have given one star because "minus one" is not available on the score card.

We recently purchased a used 2012 Sienna minivan from Brilliant and had a terrific experience. Not only did we get a great deal, but Nadia was very helpful with all the paperwork and logistics. She was also very honest and up-front with us throughout the process. In comparison to other used car dealers I have interacted with, working with Nadia was a breath of fresh air! The dealers are very friendly and helpful. The entire process of buying a car from them was very smooth and hassle free. They took good care of paper work and registration making the process even easier. I would definitely recommend them. I bought a honda civic from them at a very reasonable price.

Horrible place. They sold me a bad car. They turned off all the service lights and once I purchased the car, all the service lights came on as I was driving the car home. Horrible place, I will never purchase a car from them and I dont think you should either. Upset!
