Dont even acknowledge you qhen you come in may as well not be in the store. Do they want the money or not to my knowledge a business need money to survive. They are a little rude except dor the Hispanic looking dude(sorry for reference if wrong) but at least he nice damn. Also make sure employees can converse with customers in english fluently nothing wrong with ESL but this is mostly english speaking city. Made for a very unpleasant visit. Wont recommend or come back. Smh

It has all the stuff you need. But they do treat all black people like they are going to steal. Also it has a weird vibe. The staff consists of immigrants who act rude at times, never smile and gossip about customers. The men who work there ogle the women and flirt.Yuck. They are never all that helpful. But they have a large selection of products aimed towards black people. Over all its not like going to Sallys. Its an akward experience. Im always glad to leave.

I absolutely love this place! They have a huge selection of hair ranging from 10"-28" Ive been looking for places that have hair longer than 18" and I found it! They also have colored contacts which I also havent seen in hair places in a long time. I reccomend this place to anyone who wants great hair! The only thing I would change is the prices. Other than that its wonderful!

Wigs are too expensive. I normally shop online. Im noticing they are charging about $20 and $30 more for their wigs than you see online. The styles are out dated. They someone to help maintain the wigs. They were on the floor where people had tried them on. Very messy wig area and crowded.

Worst customer service ever! My friend and I walked in to buy some thing. Open sign was still on. We got dirty looks and they turned all the lights off on us. We asked if we could buy what we came for and they rudely replied "no!" Never going back. Dont even deserve 1 star

I enjoy the diversity and friendliness of them employees .They are all willing to help (except for the one older guy) but I think hes just older so he doesnt like to have fun at work . Anyway great prices and varieties of hair products to eye lashes .

Terrible customer service. Went there several times. Every time the sales clerks talked about me in Spanish. Apparently, they didnt realize I was Cuban. Their hair is very poor quality.

I love this place. the people are Soo cool. been coming here for five years now, so they know me. some workers can have there bad days, but its ok because overall customer service is good.

They have a wide variety of wigs. Can be hit or miss if you dont like color. I am a 1B kind of girl and its always so hard to find a wig I like in that color.

Its ok if you are in need of basic beauty supply items. The employees are rude, not helpful at all and treat most customers like thieves. Just ridiculous.
