This location has the worse customer service and inventory of any salon supply store. Every time I go there the same sales associate is rude and confrontational. No wonder she works there instead of a salon or spa. And every time I go there, they are out of something I came to purchase. Its not like they have locations all over town and its super convenient. Its a hassle and waste of my time when they are out of something. After this last visit I refuse to go back again and plan to tell everyone in the industry to avoid it as well.
