I always have trouble with the pharmacy here. Im not sure if they are understaffed or unorganized or if its just bad luck for me. Maybe its lack of communication but Ive waited for 30min (which is fine) for a perscription for them to realize they filled the wrong one.then had to wait. Numerous times Ive filled my b.c. and had to wait an extra day or two before it actually got filled. This includes calling in about the status. One time I was 3 days late taking it cause they didnt process it. So I just went to a different place. And just yesterday I dropped my script off and asked if I could get it filled and picked up in the morning. "Sure no problem". Its afternoon now and they are just now filling it only cause I went up there. Mind you they are not busy today. I will be talking to someone about this because I dont want to be so hostile towards this place. They have very pleasant staff here but its been very inconvenient.

Just switched from another pharmacy. Urgent care sent my rx to my old pharmacy and then when I called (because Walgreens never got it) they resent it to this one. But my insurance wouldnt cover it because it had already been filled at the old pharmacy. The pharmacist got on the phone to try and sort things out but the insurance place was closed by then. They said I could pay and come back today to get it sorted out and refunded. I assumed I was just gonna have to eat this one. Wake up the next day to a voicemail from the pharmacist saying she got everything figured out with insurance and I could come in anytime for the cost adjustment. Totally blown away that she did that on her own and even remembered me today. Definitely sticking with these guys. Previous experiences here have been good but this just was above and beyond. Thank you!

My Grandma just died and I was trying to get a script filled before I leave town for the funeral. I called and spoke to Cindy. She couldnt get my insurance to approve it. She said she would call and talk to my Insurance company and get back to me. I didnt hear back so I called my Insurance company and they called Cindy at the pharmacy with me on the call. Cindy was the most disrespectful person Ive ever talked to at a pharmacy. She was so rude that the lady from BCBS said she was going to report her to her supervisor. It doesnt even matter that my Grandma died, they shouldnt treat anyone with the impatient attitude that Cindy showed. Very poor customer service

Looks crazy to rate a place like Walgreens but staffs at this location are awesome. I had my picture taken a couple of times and lady and the guys were so helpful and they made my experience a pleasant experience.
