Smelled like an ashtray. The only good thing was that the reps were very helpful and friendly. However, the furniture I rented had a strong strong foul smell of cigarettes. Also the couch had many dubious drips/spatter marks on it. I rented from here while waiting for movers to arrive with my stuff but in hindsight I would have been better off buying fold out chairs and an air mattress from the store.
