I wish I could give them 0 starts. I bought a Samsung refrigerator from this store that cost about $3000. The sales associate stated that the water line installation will happen on the same day. So on the day of the delivery and installation, the third party contractor that Best Buy hires came before the fridge got there. As soon as he saw that the new fridge is not delivered yet he stated that he is not able to onstall the water line. So I had to spend 4 goura on the phone with nest but to get someone back to install the waterline. Tje socond mess up is that when they deliver the fridge the doors on the fridge were not aligned and one of the drawers does not open and xlose properly. The delivery guy said that oh o cant do anything about it and that i need to call the 1800 number. The third thing os that when the water.line installation guy came in today to install tje water line, he was nice and professional. He was able to install the line and we tested it to get water from the fridge. After 4 hours i tried to get water from the fridge and no water comes out. This was the tip off for me. So I decidet to go to the store the store and speak to an associate. I went there and mett with the storre manager Jessie. I told him the issues that i had and even showed him my vodep that i recoreded and all he said is for mento call the 1800. I am sorry but if i spent $3000 and spent two days out of work to deal with yheir mess up, i dont want to spent another galf a day to call someone on the phone. I told him that he needa to do that. Hi words were" i am sorry but we are not allowed to". Huh not allowed? I got upset and said that i want to return the whole fridge. He agan said that i need to call the 1800 number for that to. At this pont i got very upset and raosed my voice a bit. He stated that if i dont lower my voice he will kick me out. He called the police and I was escorted out of the storw. This is absolutely the worst customer service. Why can i return the fridge at the store when i bought it ther. I have read some other reviews about thos store and all of it is true. If you want peace of mind go to a diffrent best buy store or even got somewhere wlse to purchase things. By the 2ay I recorder the store manager Jessie calling the police on me and the way he interacted with me. I wish i could post it here so you can read this. I am also wondering is there another place to complain about this?

Had Geek Squad warranty and needed repair on a TV. I called this location was on phone for 3hrs and transfered 4 times "to get just the right expert" to help me. In that time I spoke to an actual person for less then 10 minutes. She couldnt find my warranty but the guy before her pulled it up instantly with my phone number. She then asked random questions and said it was known firmware problems. She then asked me the brand and model I had!! Seriously? How did she know firmware was the problem if she didnt know the brand? On hold again to see what else I should do then they came back and said call Samsung for repair??!!! I paid for a warranty and it was a waste of money! The asked me to bring my TV into the store since it was smaller then 42" which was fine. All that holding, waiting and confusion just to say "yes, please bring it in"? My family and I will never buy from Best Buy anymore. There are plenty of retailers that know their stuff and offer great products/prices.

Worst customer service. I called before time and asked them to hold a open box laptop. They said they arent allowed to hold it but it will be there by the time I get there (10min) as soon as I get there they said they never had that laptop in stock (even though the rep on the phone said so) so then I was upset because I drove a long way for that laptop. The incompetent manager didnt care at all and blew me aside. Saying its not his problem that someone told me differently. then I was offered a laptop for what I thought I was getting a good deal(150$ off) but in reality they just priced matched it so anyone that did 2 seconds of googling could get a good deal. Glad to say that Im returning the laptop and opening an Amazon credit card so I can pay off a better laptop. Would of opened a Best Buy one but they have the worst customer service known to man.

Went in there to look at go pros and they had non in stock. So I looked at the accessories. Not one person came up to me, but for me thats fine. The second time I went back two or three days later to see them again they were in stock through wrongly priced. The guy knew pretty much nothing about them, but was very polite and helped where he could. I got the go pro and came back later that day for a few items to go with it. 4 people asked if I needed help and after the 4th guy asked I said sure and he actually helped a lot. And I ended up getting two items half price between the two times I bought stuff one buy the cashier and one item was on Sale. I am going today to geek squad about my laptop so we will see if the rest of the reviews are correct on how bad they are. So far the people have been very kind and helpful as much as they could be.

Terrible return policy. Be prepared to pay Best Buy a $35 restocking fee if you return to a store other than purchase store. Then if you purchase a defective electronic item, good luck returning it. My suggestion is to go through the company rAther than allowing Best Buy to middle man you, because they will not honor their wholesale items. They pass you along to the original company. So dont waste your time with these unknowledgable students who run these rip off electronic stores. Wal-Mart has a Better return and warranty policy. Plus are less expensive than the " geek squad".

Pésimo servicio, lleve unos audifonos con garantia, y no quisieron cambiarmelo por el mismo producto o otros audifonos del mismo valor, no me brindaron ninguna solución sólo el de pagarles más dinero. Cuando quise hacer un Complaint me lo negaron . IT IS A REALLY BAD STORE.

In my last experience the sales personnel (3 separate ones, in 3 separate visits) were not specifically knowledgeable about the sleep tracking aspect of the Fitbit Charge 2 (cant learn much online either). So I bought it, had their Geek Squad set it up (unnecessarily lengthy process), tried it for one nights sleep -- and learned in that aspect the Fitbit is remarkably inferior to my 2-year-old (and inexpensive) Jawbone UP3. Returned the Fitbit the next day; wish their personnel were more aware of the product; could have saved me a bunch of time.

I was there buying a computer, they were really busy in the computer department. There was a gentleman that didnt work for Best Buy, he was with AMD. One of the nicest and understanding person Ive ever met. He wasnt bias(even though he worked for AMD) or pressuring me to a particular computer than I didnt need. Long story short, he gave me several recommendations and got me the best computer for its value and for what I came in for. Best Buy should have more people like the AMD rep...If only I knew his name?
