My printers are all broken so we called here to ask if we can jump on a computer to get on my email and print out tickets that we just bought. They said yes so we rushed over there. We werent told that it was 25 cents a minute to use the computer. okay whatever, well their internet was very slow and by the time it loaded my email and clicked print it told me that I did not have enough money to print and my time was running low and cut me off the internet. We paid cash and had to find the assistant for that area to help us use my debit card to put money on the staples card. Well 180 dollars is riding on this "you have ten minutes to load the SAME card with money on it or you will be completely cut off" (we paid with what cash we had the first time). We were a little frustrated and trying to have the guy help us and he started yelling at us how its our fault...So we had put Ten dollars on the staples card and payed $5.25 extra to print out four tickets! So 4 dollars to load my email up and hit the print button, then another 5 dollars just to actually print, and then have a young guy start yelling at us because we didnt know what to do. He did not ask us if he needed help from the beginning and just pointed his finger to the computer. I will not be going back here again just because of that person. Everyone else was very nice and helpful but he shouldnt have a job. I work in customer service and have to deal with a lot more anal people than my boyfriend and I dont cock a fricken attitude like this guy did.

Staff is great however Staples is overpriced. When I cant wait for something on Amazon I go there and pay 2x the cost.
