The worst experience in the world is like a paper cut compared to GameStop. I have wasted my time on many occasions taking things to trade in after I call and see if I can trade it in only to get there and be told they dont take that item. When I go there the staff waist my time talking to each other or friends that come in WHILE I AM THE ONE BEING SERVICED! Instead of focus on getting me through my transaction quickly with little frustration. The way overcharge and under pay for all items they deal with and I almost always leave cursing due to poor costumer service.

Walked in there yesterday hoping that the store had iPods in stock. Which they didnt, but I wasnt upset. Im pretty sure the guys name was Matthew. But he immediately offered to look it up on the computer. Needless to say I walked out of there with a smile and great customer service. He found me what I wanted and was extremely helpful and nice the entire time.

Called in to get the status on a game that was released and got "MATT" the employee with the capability to provide zero customer service and one word answers to any question. Do yourself a favor and go to the Gamestop 2 exits up I-81 in the Chambersburg Mall. They have a much better selection and great workers that will help you.

Good place sometimes but take trade ins and sells it at a higher price then what you got for it making for serious profit which isnt right imo.
