I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE july 12th, went into the best buy reston to buy a new washer and dryer. everything went smooth, the washer was on back order and it would take 2-3 weeks. that was fine, asked please call me when in stock so i can set up a delivery to take pto. i paid in full and waited for their call. august 1st they call wifes phone, not mine, with a robot call saying they will be delivering tuesday from 8-12. not only did they not contact me about the status, now i gotta surprise work that i need to not come in. aug 2 10:15, shows up without calling on when they were near, and only showed up with the dryer and the mount for the dryer. to which i told them i gave specific orders that i have a stacking set and i need BOTH here and BOTH taken. they need to go back and fix this. i called best buy and complained about the lack of communication and waste of my time, to which they were clueless and said "ill have a manager call you within a half hour to an hour". 2 hours went by and I HAD TO CALL THEM i told them to use MY number, to call ME and to bring THE FULL SET, to which he says he cant do that same day because "the trucks are out". then he sees that THE WASHER WAS IN THE WAREHOUSE AND THEY DIDNT SEND IT WITH THE DRYER i demand they bring me both asap and make up for this error, and to call me with an hour, not a window. he says he will contact me within the day. WEDNESDAY rolls around, and THEY CALL MY WIFE AGAIN WITH A ROBOT CALL. they say they will be at our place between 12-4 on thursday. 3:59 comes around and AGAIN NO CALL FOR THE ROUTE. so i call to get an answer for being ditched. to which i get some bs about how they dont know where their drivers are, or that they probably called my wife and that she didnt tell me. i told them i have been in communication with my wife, we have heard nothing. 4:25 rolls around and they show up....WITHOUT A HAUL AWAY KIT, WITHOUT THE DRYER MOUNT, AND WITHOUT THE DRYER they show me the paperwork they received. to which it had to ONLY DELIVER A WASHER, NOTHING ELSE...yet on the BACK OF THE ORDER, in the COMMENTS, it says "bring everything, and take everything away" they call their manager, i call the store. demanding their fix this right now, and repay me for 8 hours of loss in work and revenue. they said i needed to talk to corporate for that and im STILL WAITING ON THE CALL. i called best buy corporate to let them know how inept their store management was, and their complete lack of courtesy. 6:00 rolls around and i STILL havnt heard when they will deliver the washer and dryer....then MY WIFE GETS A ROBOT CALL i call them back. he says that "the number is in the system and i cant do anything about that. but ignore that hour, ill call you and give you the closest to first delivery" 8:00 i get called with another damn window of 8-12 it is now 12:11 and the delivery team is a no show. i called best buy demanding to know what happened. they screwed up their time, have me for 12-4. i was told the floor manager would be in around 1:30 and they would call. they did not, i called them back and found out he was busy with other customers. i was flat out ignored. i drove down there and demanded restitution for my 16 hours of loss work. they apologized, and to make up for all this, pacific home would give me $200 and the best buy would match. they said they would call to let me know exactly where the moving team was or when they would be there. they did not. the moving company showed up at 4:30. they were late, again, with no call. when they did show up. they informed me that it wouldnt fit. after all this. after i told them the size i needed. they lied and sold me the wrong size. i wasted all this time for nothing. i went back to get my refund and the compensation, today is the 10th and i havent received anything. i went in, and the store manager told me not only do i have to wait for a check to be mailed back, but since i didnt get the order, i get nothing. i lost 17 hours of work in total and was treated horribly. NEVER. GO. THERE. EVER.

THIS EXPERIENCE IS ONLY FROM ONLINE ORDERING/HOME APPLIANCE DELIVERY. (Samsung Washer/Dryer) Everything about the home delivery was wrong. Due to delivery issue, i had to call 15 times to customer service past 2 weeks. 1) 1st delivery - I took off from work and waited for a delivery. No call no show on 1st delivery due to unlocate the address, nobody contacted me about that on the day before or after. I had to call them. My place is new built community but i am getting USPS, UPS, Fedex and all other deliveries without any issue. If there is any, they usually CALL AHEAD OF TIME and find a way to deliver my items. 2) 2nd delivery - i took off from work AGAIN. But missing a part again. Not sure what happened. They just dropped off washer and dryer. Called customer service for new installing date. They said only available time slot is between 12-4 pm so i had to take it. And asked them to call me 1 hr ahead since i will be at work. They promised $100 gift card as a compensation and asked me to call back after installing is completed. 3) 3rd delivery - didnt call or showed up until 3:30 pm so i called them and they said they will be late. Finally showed up at 6:30 pm. Delivery guy showed me the workorder and it said est time 8:30-8:36 pm so delivery team knew it woulb late but never called back about it. 4) after installing - i called customer service yesterday and they didnt know whats going on first time. Called just now again andthey transfered me to warehouse ( i believe it was Baltimore warehouse) lady on the phone didnt give me her name and also didnt know how to figure out the way putting my home address in the system. Waiting and listening to her talking to her colleague whole time. Then she hung up on me. I had to wait 25 mins to JUST TO TALK to her. Overall, it was the worst service Ive ever had in my life by FAR and too stressful. What would $100 gift card do in this point when you customer service cant even figure out to put my address in the system. I NEED CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER. Not stupid 1888-best-buy where i need to talk to ppl who doesnt know anything. And i think Best Buy intentionally looped me around customer service reps. so i can get tired of holding and eventually just give up. I will leave comments on ANY POSSIBLE SNS OR WEBSITE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. Hopefully Best Buy learn some lesson here or just should close down the business. Not worth it.

I hopped on BestBuy chat to find out more about car audio options. The online chat person told me to call customer service. The cust To omer service person told me to call my local store. When I called the store, the car audio guy answered and said to come in. When I got into the store, some young kid told me to pull my car around to the back of the store. So I did, and knocked on the garage and nobody answered so left my car back there and walked inside again. After speaking to 3 guys that knew nothing, I asked a young girl for help. She stated that nobody could help me in the store this Memorial Day weekend in this store. She told me the guy who I spoke to on the phone was the car install guy and would be leaving the company on Wednesday. I told her all I wanted was somebody to go over options for me. She said the replacement car install guy would not be as good as the guy who is leaving and said go to Fair Lakes Best Buy. I asked her to call there so I know I can get service so she did. She handed me the cell phone and originally the guy at Fair Lakes said I could come in the next day to have somebody answer questions for me (Mind you I wanted to replace all of my speakers). The guy then changed his mind and said you can come in 3 days from now, but well need to change your radio too. I told the guy up front I couldnt do this during my M-F work hours, but he insisted. Eventually, being the nice guy I am, I actually thanked THEM and walked out. Never will I ever buy anything from BestBuy ever again. At the end of the day, I struck out via web chat, customer service number, the Reston store, and the FairLakes store. What a joke and epic runaround! Hours upon hours wasted for nothing. Ill never go back and make sure none of my friends do either. Theres really nothing that BestBuy provides that I cant find elsewhere. They should be ashamed.
