The sales manager in zion is rude and very full of him self. Everything was about him and how much money he will make off the sale. The warranty is processed thru Zion as well. They are very RUDE and not willing to help. I was even tol one time that she is vacuuming I need to call back tomorrow. My washer is 15 mo old and has been broke 7 times. I am positive that it would have broke down more but it takes nearly a month to repair. I have called several times to get help and I was told washers break. The last part that was ordered took nearly 6 mo to get. You never get an apoloy or nothing. They act like you owed them. I have spent more money on the laundry mat then the washer is worth. At other stores the warranty may be a lil more but I tell ya yhou really get what you pay for.

I bought a new stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. It took 3 DELIVERIES to get a stove that was not damaged and 5 DELIVERIES to get a refrigerator that still needs two new doors.Tom Our salesman only apologized when he ordered the wrong color.Ryan in customer service was rude and interrupting .My entire experience with Grand was horrible and I will never buy here again...

My new construction home did not come with a washer or dryer. I went in and I was blown away by their High Definintion Televisions. I had never actually seen the how much different HD is from regular TV. Yes, I bought the washer, the dryer and the HDTV to. I am a pushover I guess, but I got a great deal.
