Weve taken our dog here many times for baths, and its so simple - they make everything really easy, and the staff is always super nice and helpful if we have any questions. Its a little out of our way, but we still prefer to go here over the pet supply store nearer us because its very clean and well-kept.

Staff did not know what they were talking about. Staff also were rude when I told them they were keeping some of there animals horribly. Fish were in horrible condition and not treated. Reptiles were stressed and impacted. I would totally recamend not to go to any chain pet stores.
