Very Rude customer service! Didnt realize there was designated waiting area for the registers. A very oddly dressed young woman asked if I was waiting in line. I stated I was. She snapped "so am I. The line is back there". I apologized and and thanked her for redirecting us. After trekking thru 1/4 of the store and coming to the front of the line only Four feet from the same young woman still standing in line. As I watched her check out, I recognized her store ID as an employee. After she was finished making the purchase the cashier announced she was going on her break and walked away leaving my daughter standing there. Wont be going back!

I love this new store!!!! I always find great bargains and I dont mind waiting in line to get all my awesome finds. Ive been to other Ross stores and the check out lines here compared to the others are quick and short.

So so options in store for men. Womens section was diverse. They had some good toy options for young kids. And some cute kids clothes.

The Champaign Ross looks like a big garage sale. Not a lot of things on the shelves. Very disappointing.
