Was told this location had the Square specific thermal printer we needes and when we arrived, the manager said the 4 they have in stock "must have been stolen or damaged out". That was after the very helpful rep asked him if they were in the back, to which he replied, "if theyre not out, then we dont have them in stock". About the time the manager cared to start locating it in the back for us, we found it on Amazon from Amazon directly for $190 ($60 cheaper than the one in Staples). I now see why businesses like Sports Authority, Macys, Staples, RadioShack and many more are going out of business when up against cheaper, easier places like Amazon. Get rid of this manager! He just lost you a $250 sale due to carelessness of him/stock manager. The bigger you get, the more careless a corporation gets and it shows Staples. Enjoy closing more stores this year!
