Absoultey horrible I have been trying to get my bike repaired for over a week I showed up before 6:00pm which is when they closed and the manager refused to move the car blocking the front door to bring my bike into the shop. I will never ever bring anything back to them again. They said they dont need my business thats great I will take my bike to Cahills on Armenia and Busch from now on. Stay away from these drunk assholes. Mabey your employees wouldnt be sick if they werent drunk. This place is a joke

Family owned business honest and very humble. The prices we good had my rear tire replaced and an oil change. Cahills overcharged me for a front tire last year and the service was aweful. Try Cycle World you will not be disappointed.

Pre-buying experience was good, my daughter got the chance to sit and imagine her future Christmas gift. They also let me borrow a tape measure to measure my car to make sure its going to fit in my car.
