I havent been in this store yet, but I will be now! I found a tiny kitten after the hurricane, cold wet and hungry! I went in search of kitten milk, nothing was open. The two gentlemen were unlocking the door to the store.. I pulled over and asked if they were opening. They said not today. I implored that I just needed kitten formula and a few minutes later they came out with full supplies! This is beyond caring for animals and I feel they are true Heros! Bless them and know the people who work at that store truly care!! You have my business, and the little kitten you helped!

Although they have a lot to offer the people im here are not friendly. No one offered to help and the cashier was the only one who spoke to us. You should better train your employees!! There current ones expect Jasmin will run your business in the ground!!

Wonderful staff and great prices! I looked at Petsmart and Petco for a cone for my german shepherd and both were out of stock but Pet Supplies Plus had every size! Very helpful would definitely recommend!

They really nice and friendly! Didnt give 5 stars cuz they never have medium sized items, its always super big or super small AND they dont have much of a selection...(I got fish:-)

Clean store, friendly employees. Good dog and cat food selection. Fish selection wasnt amazing but at least they were trying amd had live plants in with the fish.
