Ive bought bicycle gear here and there at Bicycle Spot. Peyton has always been attentive. Ive thought of bringing in my bike for repair to give them a try. I dont live around the corner and do have many other bicycle shops near where I live. And at times been disappointed. After reading the Reviews, I finally gave Peyton at Bicycle Stop a try. Im Glad I did. Past customers were right. This may possibly end my search for a great bike shop for my bikes. I took my GT Avalanche and am pleased with the Flawless change in gears, smooth ride and adjustments to my suspension. So much so, that I took my pride and joy 1990 GT Timberline for Peyton to repair. I cant to get the bike and try that one out. I will Review and comment of that outcome. Its worth the trip and prices are reasonable... Thanks Peyton.

Not so great. I walked in and asked for the cost of fixing a stem on a beach cruiser. They told me $25. I said,"Ok will drop off bike". Dropped it off and next day walked in to pick up a day later. The guy says,"$35.00" I said, "You quoted $25.00" ? He says, "Well we installed it, $10 labor" I said, "It was one allen screw" He said, "It is still labor". I really felt ripped off. I was going to dispute the credit card but didnt want to go through the 20 minute hassle with Visa so thought I would alert other would be customers. Maybe you better get a written quote! I will never go back!!!

Peyton is the kind of guy I wish ran every business I frequent. Most of us bounce around from various merchants until we find one that stands out and then we stick with them. I have been going to Bicycle Spot for about 10 years and you simply can not get better service anywhere. Great service, friendly owner, great prices! Whats not to like. If you are not happy with your current "Beverly Hills" shop and you want more down to Earth personal service then Bicycle Spot is the place to go for sales and especially service to keep your bike operating in as new condition.

I found this place via Google. I called ahead, they were friendly and set the right expectations for what I needed on my bike. When I arrived at the store, they did a great job of checking in my bike and making sure they had everything listed i needed repaired. The next day my bike was done early and honestly felt like a Cadillac when I did my test ride. they dont cut any corners and it shows-- my total tab was less than $40. I felt really good about the store, the value of the service and would recommend them to friends.

I cant say enough good things about this shop. I brought in an older Mongoose Pro with 2 bad tires and I needed an extender for the handle bars. The owner was friendly and explained my options and the prices, which are reasonable, ( 2 tires, extender and labor totalled $87.). I was in and out within 30 minutes. You will be asked (by the manager) about up-sale possibilities for your bike but thats only natural for a shop that is more quality repair than new bike sales. For repairs, this is the Spot.

I bought full suspension Mongoose XR-PRO in Wal-Mart and after a week of riding appears some mechanic sound in bottom bracket lockring. That’s obviously need to be fixed. I find Bicycle Spot in internet. They have maximum rating of satisfied customers in my region. I came with my bike and friendly guys take it to fix. At one hour everything was ready and for very acceptable price. I’m very glad with service and attitude. Thank You, Bicycle Spot.

This is the best bicycle in Broward County by a long shot. I am a former bicycle mechanic and seen the the all to common flashy overpriced bike shop come and go. If you would like some knowledgable down to earth bike mechanics with great skills and fair prices go to this shop. All the flash and high prices in other shops just reach further in your pocket and are not essential. The bicycle spot is the best!

I found this place by chance and theyre one of the only honest-to-goodness bike shops left in the area. Peyton and his staff were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and honest. I cant say enough good about this shop - take your bike there now and theyll get it back to you quickly and in tip top shape. And then get out there and ride!

This is one of the bike shops you can go to and feel like your not getting ripped off. They have tons of used bikes and can order just about what ever new bikes you want. Its got that Mom and Pop kind of feel. Go in and ask for Payton, hell hook you up. Oh ya if you have friends coming in-town, he rents bikes too.

I moved from New Jersey where my favorite bike shop was Kopps in Princeton, perhaps the oldest in the country. Peytons shop is every bit as good, with excellent service, skilled repairs, atmosphere, prices, etc. There is a nice funky feel to the shop, which endears customers to it.

Id like to add another great review. I went there today thinking I needed new tires but the guys assured me the old ones had plenty of life in them yet and even pumped them up for me and gave my brakes a quick adjustment. All on the house. Cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Everything a true bike shop should be! They actually fix bikes rather than just swap parts out. Theyre mechanics know what theyre talking about unlike other shops that are shiny boutiques that have inapt condescending employees.

Was a little leary about trying this place, but glad I did. Great price for a tune up. Honest mechanics. They didnt try to sell me more than what I needed. Very Fast! Tune ups were done within 3 hours on a Saturday.

Fair or better yet good prices, he wont cheat you. I needed a flat fixed.. others quoted $33- $35.00 and I end up paying under $12., the owner is so nice. The other guys are greedy rip offs
