I have been coming to this place since the age of 10, I am now 22. I use to really like this place until the Doctor hired A new guy. Both the new guy And the doctor have become Very Very pushy, They use to have glasses that were fairly priced, Now all there glasses are over $200. I also wear contacts And there contacts exam Is $185.00, Extremely Expensive, They dont even tell you the exam price until it is time to pay up. The new place I go to charges $45 for the same exam Plus you get a 3 month supply of Lenses included. Dr. Koganovsky, Is Easily distracted, He was in the middle of doing my exam And A customer came in So he went to assist the customer And I waited 10 Minutes in the exam room Until I said something to him then he came back to finish me. My family And I are very Disappointed And we Will Not be going to him anymore!

I had an appointment for 1:30 I got there in time. I waited for about 15-20 minutes when someone walked in and was immediately seen! Now its 2:37 and im still waiting, I step into one of the rooms and tell them that I have been waiting for an hour and they seemed to not care. So I left, I got upset and called to complain, and these so-called "doctors" had the nerve to be yelling and raising his voice at me. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!! They are HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!! They should be put out of business!

A few years ago, I decided I wanted to wear contact lenses. I had been wearing glasses since age about 45...old eye...I went to another optometrist and after going back no less than 5 times, cried in frustration. I couldnt see anything with the contacts no matter what he tried. My husband made me an appointment with Dr. K whom hed been seeing for many years. Immediately, he knew what I needed, popped the lenses in, and it was perfect! He may be slower getting you through the process, but his expertise and knowledge make it worth it.

Dr. Steven Koganovsky is a great doctor. Very helpful when it comes to any questions you have about glasses or your exam. I love my new glasses. If you want an eye doctor who cares about his patients I strongly suggest you make an appointment.

"Dr. Steve" as I call him is the best eye Doctor! He always knows immediately by hearing and/or seeing symptoms, what the issue is. He has an excellent bedside manner. I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND him!!

Dr. K is a very thorough with his eye exam. He is so personable. He told me stories about all the celebrities that he has taken care of in the past. One of the best exams I have ever had.

BEWARE Medicaid patients........frames and lenses should be free,,,,was pushed into spending almost $400 Go to another provider.
