Highly disatisfied with their customer service. I ordered a phone from here, when I placed the order they told me the phone would get there in 3 days its now 2 weeks later and still no phone. When I called them they gave me an excuse about them being completely sold out.. here i was waiting for 2 weeks for no reason ! They guy spoke very little English and showed no concern for the situation!

Greatest Costumer Service Ever. I came to this store after eating with my wife at Unidos, and Axel was very helpful to port my number from Tracfone and transfer pictures or videos. He was pretty good and fast. I go to this store every time I have a problem and always get out smiling.
